- コグニティブ無線による日和見的使用に対して、テレビ信号及びノイズを含む受信入力信号に埋め込まれた、周期定常性を示す前記テレビ信号の存在を検出する方法において、前記方法が、
前記受信された入力信号のピークエネルギを決定するステップと、
前記決定されたピークエネルギに基づいてテレビ信号周期性を決定するステップと、
を有し、
前記ピークエネルギを決定するステップが、
前記受信信号をN倍にアップサンプリングするステップと、
前記アップサンプリングされた受信信号のM個のセグメントのセットの同期平均を実行するステップと、
前記同期平均を実行された受信信号の自己相関を実行するステップと、
前記自己相関関数の出力においてピークの存在を検出するステップと、
を有し、
前記Nの値が、前記テレビ信号のサンプリングレートより少なくとも1桁大きく、検索が、B個の隣接した周波数ビンにわたり実施される、
