Claims (7)
- 工業用車両の車載油圧回路と着脱可能な油圧機器との間に設置可能な圧力開放制御手段付きの油圧接続装置であって、
油圧機器における連結部付近の外側に取付可能であって、工業用車両の油圧回路の圧力ラインに接続可能な少なくとも1つの流入用の連結部(4、5、52)を備えた一体型の本体(1、51)と、
着脱可能な油圧機器の油圧供給口への接続に適した少なくとも1つの接続具(7、8、54)と、
排出ラインに接続可能な圧力開放用の連結部(6、53)と、
圧力ラインに接続する前記連結部(4、5、52)と排出ラインに接続する前記連結部(6、53)との間に位置し、通常は閉じられている少なくとも1つの圧力開放用バルブ(21、22、55)と、
前記通常は閉じられているバルブ(21、22、55)の少なくとも1つを開いて、前記圧力ラインを排出ラインに接続することにより、作業車の油圧系に存在する圧力を開放する動作が可能な圧力開放装置(35、56)と、を備え、
前記圧力開放用バルブ(21、22、55)はスライドするピストン(31)を有すると共に、前記圧力開放装置(35、56)は、安定した休止位置と作動位置との間で横軸(36)の回りに回動可能なレバー(35、56)からなり、
前記レバー(35)は、円形部(37)を有するロッド(34)と、前記ロッド(34)を収納室(33)内に挿入した状態にして該ロッド(34)を前記休止位置に保持する弾性手段(39)の動きに抗して軸方向にスライドする前記ロッド(34)の周囲に位置するスリーブ(38)と、該スリーブ(38)の上でねじ回すことにより前記スリーブ(38)を前記収納室(33)から引き抜いて、該ロッド(34)を前記作動位置へ回動させるノブ(41)とを備え、
該レバー(35)は作動位置にスライドしたときに、前記円形部(37)が前記スライドするピストン(31)を縦方向へ押し込むように作用して前記バルブ(21、22、55)を開くことを特徴とする油圧接続装置。 - 前記スリーブ(38)が、前記収納室(33)の入口孔(43)の端部とかみ合わせ可能であって、前記レバー(35、56)を作業位置に保持するための前部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧接続装置。
- 前記圧力開放用バルブ(21、22、55)のピストン(31)が、前記レバー(35、56)が作動位置へシフトしたときに、縦方向にスライドするストッパー(27)を弾性手段(29)の動きに抗して前記バルブ(21、22、55)が開く位置まで押し込むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の油圧接続装置。
- 前記圧力開放用バルブ(21、22、55)の少なくとも1つが、前記一体型の本体(1)とは別体であって取り外し可能なバルブ装置(3)に内蔵されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の油圧接続装置。
- 圧力ラインに接続する2つの連結部(4、5)と、着脱可能な油圧機器への供給用の2つの接続具(7、8)と、通常は閉じており、前記レバー(35)を作業位置にシフトすることにより開く圧力開放用バルブ(21、22、55)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の油圧接続装置。
- 圧力ラインに接続する前記連結部(4、5)と、着脱可能な油圧機器への供給用の前記接続具(7、8)と、前記圧力開放用バルブ(21、22)とを、前記レバー(35)について対称となる位置に配置して、該レバー(35)が休止位置と対称となる運転位置に位置できるようにした請求項5に記載の油圧接続装置。
- 圧力ラインに接続する4つの連結部(52)と、着脱可能な油圧機器への供給用の4つの接続具(54)と、通常は閉じており、前記レバー(35)を作業位置にシフトすることにより開く4つの圧力開放用バルブ(55)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の油圧接続装置。
