Claims (12)
- 内燃機関のカムシャフト(2)とクランクシャフトとの間の相対回転角位置を、クランクシャフトに対して固着された駆動部(4)と、カムシャフトに対して固着された従動部(5)と、電気調整ユニット(7)の調整ユニット軸(6)に回転に関して固定的に連結された調整軸(8)と、を有する調整ギヤ(3)により電気的に調整する装置(1)であって、
前記調整軸(8)が半径方向に浮動するように配置され、
前記調整ギヤ(3)が二段遊星ギヤとして設計され、
前記二段遊星ギヤ(3)が、2つの隣接して配置された内歯(10、11)と、少なくとも1つの平歯車(12)とを有し、各平歯車(12)が前記2つの内歯と同時に噛合し、前記2つの内歯(10、11)の歯数が相違し、前記歯数の差が前記平歯車(12)の数またはその数の倍数に相当する装置。 - 前記調整軸(8)と前記調整ユニット軸(6)との間に、前記調整軸(8)と前記調整ユニット軸(6)との間の僅かな相対的な半径方向の移動を可能にする継手(9)が配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記調整ユニット(7)が電動機または電気ブレーキ装置として設計されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記継手(9)が弾性継手として設計されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記継手(9)がオルダム継手として設計されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの平歯車(12)が遊星キャリヤ(13)内に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記遊星キャリヤ(13)が調整軸(8)として機能する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記平歯車(12)が、転がり軸受による取付け(14)によって前記遊星キャリヤ(13)内に取り付けられている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記平歯車(12)が、中心に配置された太陽歯車(15)と噛合し、前記太陽歯車(15)が、前記調整軸(8)に連結され、または前記調整軸(8)として機能する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記調整ギヤ(3)の減速量が1:2と1:250との間である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電気調整ユニット(7)が高誘導永久磁石ロータを有する電動機として設計されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動部(4)が前記2つの内歯の一方(10)を有し、前記従動部(5)が前記2つの内歯の他方(11)を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
