Abstract
【解決手段】調整軸と調整ユニット軸との間の僅かな相対的な半径方向の移動を可能にする継手が、調整軸と調整ユニット軸との間に配置されること好ましい。調整ユニット軸は電動機またはブレーキ装置内に半径方向に取り付けられると共に、電動機およびブレーキ装置の両方は内燃機関に固着連結され、前記半径方向の取付けは継手の半径方向の可撓性のために調整軸に伝達されず、その代わりに調整軸は調整ユニット軸に対して半径方向に移動可能である。

Claims (15)
- 内燃機関のカムシャフト(2)とクランクシャフトとの間の相対回転角位置を、クランクシャフトに対して固着された駆動部(4)と、カムシャフトに対して固着された従動部(5)と、電気調整ユニット(7)の調整ユニット軸(6)に回転に関して固定的に連結された調整軸(8)と、を有する調整ギヤ(3)により電気的に調整する装置(1)であって、前記調整軸(8)が半径方向に浮動するように配置されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記調整軸(8)と前記調整ユニット軸(6)との間に、前記調整軸(8)と前記調整ユニット軸(6)との間の僅かな相対的な半径方向の移動を可能にする継手(9)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記調整ユニット(7)が電動機または電気ブレーキ装置として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記継手(9)が弾性継手として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記継手(9)がオルダム継手として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記調整ギヤ(3)が二段遊星ギヤとして設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記二段遊星ギヤ(3)が、少なくとも1つの平歯車(12)が同時に噛合する2つの隣接して配置された内歯(10、11)を有し、前記2つの内歯(10、11)の歯数が相違しており、前記歯数の差が前記平歯車(12)の数またはその数の倍数に相当していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの平歯車(12)が遊星キャリヤ(13)内に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記遊星キャリヤ(13)が調整軸(8)として機能することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記平歯車(12)が、転がり軸受による取付け(14)によって前記遊星キャリヤ(13)内に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記平歯車(12)が、中心に配置された太陽歯車(15)と噛合し、前記太陽歯車(15)が、前記調整軸(8)に連結され、または前記調整軸(8)として機能するていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記調整ギヤ(3)が二段偏心ギヤとして設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記調整ギヤ(3)がハーモニックドライブとして設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記調整ギヤ(3)の減速量が1:2と1:250との間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電気調整ユニット(7)が高誘導永久磁石ロータを有する電動機として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
