Description
Claims (1)
- プロセス方向沿いに第1ノズルアレイ内ノズルと第2ノズルアレイ内ノズルとが並ぶように設けられた第1及び第2ノズルアレイと、
上記各ノズルアレイ内の不調ノズルを検知する手段と、
プロセス方向沿いに第1ノズルアレイ内不調ノズルと並ぶ第2ノズルアレイ内ノズルを作動させる手段と、
プロセス方向沿いに第1ノズルアレイ内不調ノズルと並ぶ第2ノズルアレイ内ノズルも不調ノズルである場合に、別の第2ノズルアレイ内ノズルがプロセス方向沿いにその第1ノズルアレイ内不調ノズルと並ぶよう、検知手段の出力に応じ第1ノズルアレイに対して第2ノズルアレイを移動させる手段と、
を備え、
第2ノズルアレイの移動方向に沿って、第2ノズルアレイは、第1ノズルアレイよりも長く形成され、
第2ノズルアレイの移動方向に沿って、第2ノズルアレイのノズル個数は、前記第1ノズルアレイのノズル個数よりも多い、インクジェットプリンタ用プリントヘッド。
