Description
なお、日本国特開2009−89820号公報、日本国特開2002−48983号公報には、湾曲部をコイルスプリングで構成するタイプのものが示されている。
この構成によれば、執刀医は、湾曲部を例えば上方向に湾曲させる場合、湾曲部操作装置を構成する回転操作ノブを予め定められた方向に回転させる。すると、回転操作ノブの回転に伴って、先端湾曲駒に固定された上方向湾曲ワイヤーが牽引される一方、下方向湾曲ワイヤーが弛緩されて、湾曲部が上方向に湾曲動作する。
複数の湾曲駒を連接して構成された湾曲部を挿入部に備える医療装置として、例えば、図1−図3に示す内視鏡1、或いは図4、図5に示す医療用マニピュレーター(以下、マニピュレーターと略記する)10、等がある。
なお、内視鏡1の湾曲駆動部30は、内視鏡1に接続される外部装置である図示しない湾曲制御装置に設けられた制御部によって駆動制御されるように構成されている。
挿入部2は、先端に設けられる硬質の先端硬質部5と、湾曲自在な湾曲部6と、長尺で可撓性を有する可撓管部7とを連設して構成されている。湾曲部6は、先端硬質部5の基端側に設けられ、可撓管部7は、湾曲部6の基端側に設けられている。
なお、照明光学系は、ライトガイド14に限定されるものではなく、LED等の発光素子を先端硬質部5に設ける構成であってもよい。この構成においては、発光素子に接続された電線が内視鏡コネクタまで延出する。
図1、図2に示すように湾曲部6は、複数の湾曲駒21、…を連接して例えば、上下、左右の四方向に湾曲する構成になっている。湾曲部6の第1端である先端を構成する先端湾曲駒21fは、先端硬質部5に固定される。湾曲部6の第2端である基端を構成する基端湾曲駒21rは、可撓管部7の先端側に固定される。
各湾曲ワイヤー22、23、24、25の先端部は、それぞれ、先端湾曲駒21fの上下左右方向に対応する位置に例えばロウ付けによって固定されている。
内周環27bは、外周環27aに比べて小径な環状部である。コイルシース26のそれぞれの端部は、コイルシース固定部である内周環27bの内孔内に配置され、接着、溶接等によって各固定リング27に一体に固定される。
支持部27cは、外周環27aと内周環27bとを予め定めた間隔で一体に保持固定する。
別体な構成の場合、支持部27cの一端は、外周環27aの内周面に接着、溶接等によって一体に固定される。支持部27cの他端は、内周環27bの外周面に接着、溶接等によって一体に固定される。
また、符号28は、ワイヤー受けである。ワイヤー受け28は、湾曲用ワイヤー挿通部材であって、固定リング27の内面及び湾曲駒21の内面に接着、溶接等によって一体に固定されている。各ワイヤー受け28の貫通孔内には湾曲方向に対応する湾曲ワイヤー22、23、24、25が挿通される。
なお、図1においては、湾曲ワイヤー22−25のうち上下用の湾曲ワイヤー22、23を図示して、同様な構成である左右方向の湾曲ワイヤー24、25等については図示を省略すると共に、その説明を省略している。
マニピュレーター10は、挿入部40に湾曲部41を備え、その基端側には可撓管部42を備えている。可撓管部42の基端側には、例えばジョイスティック61を立設した操作部60が設けられている。操作部60内には、ジョイスティック61の傾倒角度に応じて、湾曲部41を湾曲動作させる複数の湾曲駆動部62が設けられている。マニピュレーター10の湾曲駆動部62は、マニピュレーター10に接続される外部装置である図示しない湾曲制御装置に設けられた制御部によって駆動制御される構成になっている。
執刀医は、挿入部2を体内の目的部位に挿入する際、或いは観察等を行う際にジョイスティック20を傾倒操作する。すると、モーター32が回転され、このモーター32の回転に伴って湾曲ワイヤー22、23又は湾曲ワイヤー24、25が牽引弛緩されて、湾曲部6が上下左右方向に湾曲する。この結果、執刀医は、挿入部2の体内へのスムーズな挿入及び目的部位の最適な観察等を行うことができる。
また、コイルシースの有する孔を挿入部内内蔵物の挿通路としたことによって、湾曲部内の充填量の低減を図ることができる。
この構成によれば、上述と同様の作用及び効果を有する内視鏡を得ることができる。

これらコイルシース26Aの長さは、予め定めた長さに設定される。具体的に、コイルシース26Aの先端側は、先端湾曲駒21fの内周面に接着、溶接等によって一体に固定される。一方、コイルシース26Aの基端側は先端湾曲駒21fから予め定められた数、基端側に位置する湾曲駒21の内周面に接着、溶接等によって一体に固定される。
この構成によれば、上述と同様の作用及び効果を有する内視鏡を得ることができる。
Claims (4)
- 挿入部の先端に設けられ、検査、処置、或いは観察を行うための機能を有する先端部と、
第1端と第2端とを備え、前記先端部に前記第1端が連設され複数の湾曲駒を連接して二方向以上に湾曲するように構成された湾曲部と、
前記挿入部の基端に連接する操作部に設けられ、前記湾曲部を湾曲動作させる操作を行う湾曲部操作装置と、
前記湾曲部を中立位置に復帰させる弾発性を発生する中立位置復帰用弾性部材と、
前記中立位置復帰用弾性部材の一端を前記湾曲部の前記第1端側の端部に固設する第1の固定リングと、
前記中立位置復帰用弾性部材の他端を前記湾曲部の前記第2端側に固設する第2の固定リングと、
を有することを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記中立位置復帰用弾性部材は、前記湾曲部の中心軸に沿って設けられる1本のコイルシースであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1の固定リングと前記第2の固定リングは、内孔の中心が該湾曲部の中心軸に一致する固定用孔を設け、該固定用孔内に前記中立位置復帰用弾性部材を配設することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記コイルシースは、前記先端部から前記操作部方向に向けて延出される挿入部内内蔵物の挿通路を兼用することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療装置。
