酸化チタン粉末(テイカ社製のTKP−101、アナターゼ型、シリカ被覆品)をボールミルを用いて水に分散させ、酸化チタン濃度が20.0wt%である水分散液を得た。この分散液を用いて動的光散乱法により酸化チタン粒子の平均粒径を測定したところ、平均粒径は1μmであった。粒径の測定は、Malvern社製の機種Malvern HPPS,型名HPP5001を用いて行った。測定温度は25℃であった。また、水酸化アルミニウム粉末(日本軽金属社製のB1403)をボールミルを用いて水に分散させ、水酸化アルミニウムが20.0wt%である水分散液を得た。
水酸化アルミニウム水分散体量を50.0gとした点を除き、実施例1と同様にして、酸化チタンと水酸化アルミニウムを含むポリエステル布帛を得た。
水酸化アルミニウム水分散体量を71.4gとした点を除き、実施例1と同様にして、酸化チタンと水酸化アルミニウムを含むポリエステル布帛を得た。
水酸化アルミニウム水分散液を使用せず酸化チタン水分散液と繊維加工剤のみ混合した点を除き、実施例1と同様にして、酸化チタンを含むポリエステル布帛を得た。
水酸化アルミニウム水分散液に代えてハロゲン系防炎剤(大京化学社製 ビゴール)を混合した点を除き、実施例1と同様にして、酸化チタンとハロゲン系防炎剤を含むポリエステル布帛を得た。
実施例1〜3、比較例1,2の布帛サンプル、及び塗布を行わなかったポリエステル布帛基材(加工前布)について、黄変試験を行った。黄変試験は、各サンプルに紫外線としてブラックライトを照射し、黄色度の経時変化を測定することによって行った。黄色度(YI)は、X,Y,Z測色値により算出した。測定条件は以下の通りである。
照射強度: 1.0mW/cm2
紫外線強度計: UVR−2(株式会社TOPCON)、受光部UD−36
測色計: Z−1001 DP(日本電色工業株式会社)
実施例1〜3、比較例1,2の布帛サンプル、及び塗布を行わなかったポリエステル布帛基材(加工前布)について、アセトアルデヒド分解試験を行った。試験方法は以下の通りである。
光源: FL15BLB−A(東芝ライテック株式会社)
照射強度: 1.0mW/cm2
紫外線強度計: UVR−2(株式会社TOPCON)、受光部UD−36
サンプル面積: 50cm2(5cm×10cm)
ガスクロマトグラフ:GC−14B(株式会社島津製作所)
実施例1〜3、比較例1,2の布帛サンプル、及び塗布を行わなかったポリエステル布帛基材(加工前布)について、防炎性を評価するため簡易燃焼試験を行った。布帛サンプルを縦100mm横50mmの短冊状にカットし、一方の端を挟んで吊り下げ、下からバーナーの炎を接触させて、その状態を観察した。その結果を表2に示す。
Claims (6)
- 光触媒粒子と、非ハロゲン系無機防炎剤と、有機バインダーとを含有する光触媒液体組成物であって、
光触媒粒子が、平均粒径が0.8〜5μmであって、酸化チタンである光触媒材料を含むコアと、該コアの少なくとも一部を被覆する、光触媒材料と比較して光触媒活性が低い材料からなる被覆層とを有し、
非ハロゲン系無機防炎剤が水酸化マグネシウム及び/又は水酸化アルミニウムであることを特徴とする光触媒液体組成物。 - 被覆層が、シリカ、リン酸カルシウム、及びポリシロキサンから選ばれる少なくとも1種の材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光触媒液体組成物。
- 布帛塗布用であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光触媒液体組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の光触媒液体組成物を布帛上に塗布することを特徴とする光触媒活性及び防炎効果を有する布帛の製造方法。
- 布帛が、防炎処理が施された布帛であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光触媒活性及び防炎効果を有する布帛の製造方法。
- 請求項4又は5に記載の製造方法により製造されたことを特徴とする光触媒活性及び防炎効果を有する布帛。
