Claims (10)
- 機能性キャビティを有する成形部品を射出成形するのに使用される型枠組立体であって、
第1型枠半部分と、第2型枠半部分と、ガス供給装置とを備え、
前記第1と第2の型枠半部分は一体に結合されたときに空洞部分を形成し、
前記第1と第2の型枠半部分の少なくとも一方に、成形材料を前記空洞部分に射出する開口を有し、
また、前記第1と第2の型枠半部分の少なくとも一方に第1のリセスを有し、該第1のリセスは、成形材料を前記空洞部分に射出する前に当該型枠組立体内に配置されて成形後は前記成形部品内に残る第1の挿入中空管を収納するようにされ、
さらに、前記第1と第2の型枠半部分の少なくとも一方に前記第1のリセスから離れた位置にある第2のリセスを有し、該第2のリセスは、成形材料を前記空洞部分に射出する前に当該型枠組立体内に配置されて成形後は前記成形部品内に残る第2の挿入中空管を収納するようにされ、
前記第2の挿入中空管は、前記第1の挿入中空管内を同軸状に通されており、
前記ガス供給装置が、射出プロセスの間、前記第1の挿入中空管と前記第2の挿入中空管との間を通して圧縮ガスを供給して前記成形部品に前記機能性キャビティを形成するようになされたことを特徴とする型枠組立体。 - 前記圧縮ガスは、空気又は乾燥窒素ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠組立体。
- 前記空洞部分に連通するダクトを有する追加の空洞部分を更に有し、
成形材料が当該型枠組立体内に供給され、
前記圧縮ガスが前記第1の挿入中空管と第2の挿入中空管との間を通して当該型枠組立体内に射出された時に、余分な成形材料が、前記空洞部分から前記追加の空洞部分内に、前記ダクトを介して流れることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠組立体。 - 機能性キャビティを有する成形部品を射出成形する方法であって、
(A)請求項1に記載した型枠組立体を用意するステップと、
(B)前記第1の挿入中空管を前記型枠組立体の第1のリセス内に搭載するステップと、
(C)前記第2の挿入中空管を、前記第1の挿入中空管内を同軸状に通した状態で、前記型枠組立体の第2のリセス内に搭載するステップと、
(D)第1の成形材料を、前記開口を介して、前記空洞部分内に射出するステップと、
(E)前記圧縮ガスを、前記第1の挿入中空管と前記第2の挿入中空管との間を通して前記空洞部分内に供給して前記機能性キャビティを形成するステップと
(F)成形された部分内に保持された前記第1及び第2の挿入中空管を有する成形部分を取り出す為に、前記型枠組立体を開き、かつ前記機能性キャビティに通じる開口を形成する前に、前記第1の成形材料を冷却するステップと、を有する、
機能性キャビティを有する成形部品を射出成形する方法。 - 前記ステップ(D)は、前記空洞部分を充填するのに必要な量より少ない量の成形材料を射出するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記型枠組立体は、前記空洞部分に連通するダクトを有する追加の空洞部分を更に有し、前記ステップ(D)は、成形材料を前記型枠組立体内に射出し、前記圧縮ガスを前記第1の挿入中空管と前記第2の挿入中空管との間を介して注入した時に、余分な成形材料が、前記ダクトを介して前記空洞部分から前記追加の空洞部分に流れるステップを有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(D)は、成形材料を射出し、前記圧縮ガスの注入時に、余分な成形材料が前記開口を介して射出器に戻るステップを有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- (G)前記圧縮ガスを供給する前に、前記型枠組立体を冷却するステップを更に有し
これにより成形された製品の外側にスキンを形成することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。 - (H)前記第1の成形材料より固い第2の成形材料を前記第1及び第2の挿入中空管のうちの少なくとも一方の挿入中空管の一部分にモールドするステップを更に有し、
前記少なくとも一方の挿入中空管を前記型枠組立体の前記第1及び第2のリセスのうちの前記少なくとも一方の挿入中空管に対応するリセス内に配置する前に、前記少なくとも一方の挿入中空管の一部分の上にコーティングを形成することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。 - 前記圧縮ガスは、空気又は乾燥窒素圧縮ガスであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
