Abstract
【解決手段】留め置きロスト用のコアパイプを製造するステップと、該コアパイプを成形型のキャビティ内に導入するコアパイプ導入ステップであって、2個の留め置きでない非ロストのコアピース17,18を、該コアパイプの端部における接続開口に対してそれぞれ密封状態となるよう配置し、また留め置きでない非ロストのコア部分19の一方の端部をドッキング開口に対して密封状態となるよう配置した状態で導入する、該コアパイプ導入ステップと、続いて、プラスチック材料を成形型のキャビティ内に注入してコアパイプ、該コアピースおよび該コア部分をカプセル化するステップと、注入したプラスチック材料が硬化した後、該コアピースおよび該コア部分を形成した中空体1から引き抜くステップと、を有する。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも3個のパイプ開口を有し、部分的または全体的にプラスチック材料で構成した管状中空体を製造する方法において、
両側の端部それぞれに接続開口(13,14)を有し、また前記管状中空体の長さ方向に沿う少なくとも1個のドッキング開口(11)を有する留め置きロスト用のコアパイプ(9)を製造するステップと、
前記コアパイプ(9)を成形型のキャビティ内に導入するコアパイプ導入ステップであって、2個の留め置きでない非ロストのコアピース(17,18)を、前記コアパイプ(9)の端部(3,4)における前記接続開口(13,14)に対してそれぞれ密封状態となるよう配置し、また留め置きでない非ロストのコア部分(19)の一方の端部を前記ドッキング口(11)に対して密封状態となるよう配置した状態で導入する、該コアパイプ導入ステップと、
続いて、プラスチック材料(25)を前記成形型のキャビティ内に導入して前記コアパイプ(9)、前記コアピース(17,18)および前記コア部分(19)をカプセル化するステップと、
前記プラスチック材料(25)が硬化した後、前記コアピース(17,18)および前記コア部分(19)を、形成した前記中空体(1)から引き抜くステップと、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記コアパイプ(9)、前記コアピース(17,18)および前記コア部分(19)を導入した後、前記成形型を閉鎖することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記コアピース(17,18)および前記コア部分(19)を引き抜いた後、前記成形型を開くことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、置換可能な素子として前記コアピース(17,18)および前記コア部分(19)を有する成形型を使用することを特徴とする方法。
- 特にフォーク型のパイプであって、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法で製造するのが好ましい管状中空体であって、両側の端部それぞれから分岐パイプが突出するマニホルドパイプ、および前記マニホルドパイプから前記管状中空体の長さ方向に沿って突出する接続パイプを備える管状中空体において、前記マニホルドパイプ(2)を、注入後に硬化するプラスチック材料(25)内に少なくとも部分的に埋設されるコアパイプ(9)とし、前記分岐パイプ(5,6)および前記接続パイプ(7)のうち少なくとも一方を、前記供給したプラスチック材料(25)から形成することを特徴とする管状中空体。
- 請求項5に記載の管状中空体において、前記マニホルドパイプ(2)は、前記分岐パイプ(5,6)および/または前記接続パイプ(7)を横切るように延在し、特に前記分岐パイプ(5,6)および/または前記接続パイプ(7)に対して直交する方向に延在することを特徴とする管状中空体。
- 請求項5または6に記載の管状中空体において、前記分岐パイプ(5,6)および前記接続パイプ(7)のうち少なくとも一方を、前記プラスチック材料(25)から引き抜くコアピース(17,18)によって形成する、または前記プラスチック材料(25)から引き抜くコア部分(19)によって形成することを特徴とする管状中空体。
- 請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の管状中空体において、インサート部分としての前記マニホルドパイプ(2)を備えるプラスチック射出成形部分であることを特徴とする管状中空体。
