Claims (6)
- 軸の外周に形成された複数の歯を有しインボリュートスプラインから成る軸スプラインと、ハブの内周に形成された複数の歯を有しインボリュートスプラインから成る穴スプラインとを係合させ、
上記ハブに形成した円筒穴内に挿入した押圧具によって上記ハブの上記円筒穴の下端部に対向する薄肉部分を押圧し、この薄肉部分に位置する上記穴スプラインの歯を拡開させ上記軸スプラインの歯に押し付けることによって上記穴スプラインの歯を拘束させ、これにより上記軸に対する上記ハブの移動を規制するようにしたスプライン連結構造において、
上記薄肉部分に位置し、上記薄肉部分が押圧されることによって拡開する上記穴スプラインの歯、及びこの拡開する穴スプラインの歯と係合する上記軸スプラインの歯の少なくとも一方の1つまたは複数の歯に、該当する歯の一部を切除して形成され、上記軸の端部側に位置する上記ハブの端面とは反対側の上記ハブの端面付近に位置させた切欠き部を設けたことを特徴とするスプライン連結構造。 - 上記請求項1記載のスプライン連結構造において、
上記軸は、ピニオンカッタで加工された加工用逃げ溝を有することを特徴とするスプライン連結構造。 - 上記請求項1記載のスプライン連結構造において、
上記軸の上記軸スプラインは、ホブカッタによって加工された切り上り形状部を有することを特徴とするスプライン連結構造。 - 上記請求項1記載のスプライン連結構造において、
上記ハブの上記円筒穴を、上記軸の軸芯に向う方向に穿設したことを特徴とするスプライン連結構造。 - 上記請求項4項記載のスプライン連結構造において、
上記ハブの上記円筒穴を、上記軸の伸長方向に沿って並設されるように2つ形成し、上記ハブに上記2つの円筒穴のそれぞれの下端に連通し、上記軸の伸長方向と平行に延設される平行溝を設けたことを特徴とするスプライン連結構造。 - 上記請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のスプライン連結構造において、
上記押圧具が、上記ハブの上記円筒穴に形成したねじに螺合するクランピングねじから成ることを特徴とするスプライン連結構造。
