複数のティース14a間のピッチP1(隣接するティース14aの、移動方向の中心間の距離)は全て等しい。複数のティース14aのうち、移動方向の両端に位置するティース14a−1の移動方向の幅は、TW1であり、互いに等しい。移動方向の両端に位置するティース14a−1の幅は、その根元部18から先端部19に至るまで一定のTW1である。残りのティース14a−2の移動方向の幅は、TW2であり、互いに等しい。残りのティース14a−2の幅は、その根元部18から先端部19に至るまで一定のTW2である。両端のティース14a−1の幅TW1は、その根元部から先端部に至るまで残りのティース14a−2の幅TW2よりも細い。具体的には、TW1の大きさは、0.7×TW2≦TW1<TW2に設定される。複数のティース14aのバックヨーク14bからの突出量L1は全て等しく、L1に設定される。このため、両端に位置するティース14a−1の先端から界磁部5までの間のすきまは、残りのティース14a−2の先端から界磁部5までの間のすきまに等しくなる。
Claims (2)
- N極とS極が交互に形成されるように複数の永久磁石が直線状に配列される界磁部と、
前記界磁部にすきまを介して対向する複数のティースを有するコア、及び前記コアの前記複数のティースに巻かれるU相,V相,及びW相のコイルを有する電機子と、を備え、
前記電機子が前記界磁部に対して相対的に直線運動するリニアモータにおいて、
U相,V相,及びW相の前記コイルが巻かれる前記複数のティースのうち、前記相対移動方向の両端に位置するティースの前記相対移動方向の幅が、その根元部から先端部に至るまで、残りのティースの前記相対移動方向の幅よりも細く、
U相,V相,及びW相の前記コイルが巻かれる前記複数のティースの、前記電機子の前記相対移動方向の中心間のピッチが全て等しいリニアモータ。 - 前記相対移動方向の両端に位置するティースの先端面が、平坦に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアモータ。
