Description
Claims (11)
- 前記式1で定義される芳香族カルボン酸銀が安息香酸銀である請求項1に記載の銀オルガノゾルインク。
- 前記R3 がCOO−Ag+であって残りのR1、R2、R4とR5はそれぞれ水素、ヒドロキシ基または同じであるか相異なる炭素数1ないし9のアルキル基である請求項1に記載の銀オルガノゾルインク。
- 前記式1の化合物がフタル酸銀である請求項3に記載の銀オルガノゾルインク。
- 前記R2とR4はCOO−Ag+であって残りのR1、R3とR5はそれぞれ水素、ヒドロキシ基または炭素数1ないし9のアルキル基である請求項1に記載の銀オルガノゾルインク。
- 前記式1の化合物がトリメシン酸銀である請求項5に記載の銀オルガノゾルインク。
- 前記インクはインクジェットプリンティングによって導電線パターン形成に用いられる請求項1記載の銀オルガノゾルインク。
- 前記式1で定義される芳香族カルボン酸銀の量は20〜40重量%である請求項1に記載の銀オルガノゾルインク。
- 前記反応性有機溶媒はエタノールアミン、またはトリエタノールアミンである請求項1に記載の銀オルガノゾルインク。
- 前記希釈溶媒はベンゼン、トルエンまたはキシレン、または炭素数1〜12である1価〜3価の飽和または不飽和脂肪族アルコールまたは水である請求項9に記載の銀オルガノゾルインク。
- 前記希釈溶媒はベンゼン、トルエンまたはキシレンである請求項10に記載の銀オルガノゾルインク。
