Claims (9)
- 複数のガラス層と密着層とを交互に積層した合わせガラスであって、
該合わせガラスの厚さ方向に対向する表裏の透光面のうち少なくとも一方から深さ4.0mmまでの積層領域が、複数の密着層と厚さ1.0mm未満の複数のガラス層とで構成されており、
前記積層領域における全ての前記ガラス層の厚さの合計値から、
前記積層領域内で最も外層側に位置する前記ガラス層の厚さと、
前記積層領域内で最も内層側に位置する前記ガラス層が1枚の板ガラスの一部で構成される場合は該ガラス層の厚さと、
を差し引いた値が0.5mm以上であることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 前記密着層の主成分が樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記密着層の樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記表裏の透光面がそれぞれガラス層で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記表裏の透光面の側にそれぞれ前記積層領域を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載の合わせガラス。
- JIS R3205(2005)に従う落球試験により生じる破片ガラス量が0.1cm 3 /枚以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れかに記載の合わせガラス。
- 水廻り部材として用いられるものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れかに記載の合わせガラス。
- 枠体に、請求項1から請求項7の何れかに記載の合わせガラスを固定してなることを特徴とする合わせガラス部材。
- 前記表裏の透光面のうち少なくとも一方に前記密着層とは異なる材質よりなる被膜を施してなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合わせガラス部材。
