Claims (16)
- 少なくとも3つの板ガラスを有する耐貫通性合わせガラスであって、該板ガラスの1つがカバー板として攻撃側の方を向いており、かつ1つの板ガラスが該攻撃側とは反対側で終端板として形成されており、ここで、前記カバー板と前記終端板との間には1つ以上の中間板が配置されており、ここで、前記板ガラスは、柔軟かつ寸法不安定性のシート及び/又はシーリングコンパウンドにより形成されている合わせ膜によって互いに接合されており、並びに前記終端板は化学的に予め応力を付与された板ガラスとして形成されており、
前記カバー板及び/又は少なくとも1つの中間板が、前記攻撃側の方を向いて中心横断面の前に配置されており、かつ予め応力を付与されていないガラス材料又はガラスセラミックにより形成されるか、又は
前記カバー板及びすべての中間板が、予め応力を付与されていないガラス材料又はガラスセラミックにより形成されており、かつ、
前記終端板が、3〜12mmの範囲の厚さを有する、耐貫通性合わせガラス。 - 少なくとも3つの板ガラスを有する耐貫通性合わせガラスであって、該板ガラスの1つがカバー板として攻撃側の方を向いており、かつ1つの板ガラスが該攻撃側とは反対側で終端板として形成されており、ここで、前記カバー板と終端板との間には1つ以上の中間板が配置されており、ここで、前記板ガラスは、ポリカーボネート、ポリウレタン又はポリメチルメタクリレートから成らない合わせ膜によって互いに接合されており、並びに前記終端板は化学的に予め応力を付与された板ガラスとして形成されており、
前記カバー板及び/又は少なくとも1つの中間板が、前記攻撃側の方を向いて中心横断面の前に配置されており、かつ予め応力を付与されていないガラス材料又はガラスセラミックにより形成されるか、又は
前記カバー板及びすべての中間板が、予め応力を付与されていないガラス材料又はガラスセラミックにより形成されており、かつ、
前記終端板が、3〜12mmの範囲の厚さを有する、耐貫通性合わせガラス。 - 前記終端板の外側にシート及び/又はフィルムが施与されておらず、そのため前記終端板のガラス材料が前記合わせガラスの終端をなすことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
- 前記カバー板及び少なくとも1つの中間板が、前記終端板より大きな厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
- 前記板ガラス(カバー板、中間板、終端板)が、ホウケイ酸ガラス、ソーダ石灰ガラス、ケイ酸アルミニウムガラス及び/若しくはアルミノケイ酸リチウムガラスにより形成されており
並びに/又は
すべての板ガラスが、同じガラス材料により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。 - 少なくとも1つの合わせ膜が、1つ以上のシートにより形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
- 少なくとも1つの合わせ膜が、2mmより小さい厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
- 前記終端板の曲げ強度が、≧100N/mm 2 であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
- 前記終端板の厚さ(単位:mm)対前記終端板の曲げ強度(単位:N/mm 2 )の比(x)が、1:50≦x≦1:1000の間の範囲で選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
- 前記終端板のガラス組成(モル%)が以下の通り、

であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。 - 少なくとも1つの中間板の前記厚さが、≧4mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
- 少なくとも1つの中間板が、熱的又は化学的に予め応力を付与された板ガラスとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
- 前記終端板並びに/又は他のすべての熱的及び/若しくは化学的に予め応力を付与された中間板が、前記攻撃側とは反対側で前記合わせガラスの中心横断面の後ろに配置されており、前記中心横断面は、前記カバー板及び前記終端板により形成された2つの端面に対して平行に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
- 前記終端板、前記熱的及び/若しくは化学的に予め応力を付与された中間板並びに前記合わせ膜の厚さの合計が、前記合わせガラスの全厚の半分以下であることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
- 前記終端板、前記熱的及び/若しくは化学的に予め応力を付与された中間板並びに前記合わせ膜の厚さの合計が、前記合わせガラスの全厚の1/3以下であることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の耐貫通性合わせガラス。
