Claims (6)
- 複数枚の無機物製板ガラスが接合層を介して積層された板ガラス積層体よりなる合わせガラスであって、
前記板ガラス積層体は、1mm未満の単層厚さの板ガラスと1mm未満の単層厚さの接合層とが交互に5層以上積層されたものであり、かつ板ガラスの合計厚さに対する接合層の合計厚さの割合が0.2から5.0の範囲内にあることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 各板ガラスの単層厚さが0.3mm以上、かつ各接合層の単層厚さが0.2mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 接合層が熱可塑性樹脂よりなることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 板ガラス積層体の厚さが4mmから10mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の合わせガラス。
- ダウンドロー成形方法によりガラス融液から板ガラスを成形する成形工程と、得られた板ガラスと接合層とを交互に積層して貼接させる積層工程とを有し、請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載の合わせガラスを製造することを特徴とする合わせガラスの製造方法。
- ダウンドロー成形方法が、オーバーフローダウンドロー成形方法であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
