Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの接合部において環状体が閉鎖されている、曲げられたシート材料から成る環状ディスクにおいて、
前記シート材料は、銀−銅ベース又は銀−銅−パラジウムベースの硬ろう合金から選択される硬ろう材料であり、
前記接合部がろう接又は溶接によって結合され、
前記環状ディスクがウェブ幅に対して横方向に膨らみを有する、環状ディスク。 - 2つの接合部において環状体が閉鎖されている、請求項1記載の環状ディスク。
- シート材料がHV1 170までのビッカース硬さを有する、請求項1又は2記載の環状ディスク。
- 硬ろう材料が、Ag72Cu28、Ag69.7Cu28Ge2Co0.3、Ag68.4Cu26.6Pd5、Ag65Cu20Pd15又はAg54Cu21Pd25から選択されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の環状ディスク。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項の環状ディスクに用いられる、高真空に関してシールされ、ろう接された結合部を製造する方法。
- ろう接された結合部は、真空インターラップ装置内にある、請求項5記載の方法。
