Description
を往復動するピストンと、前記ピストンと前記偏心部とを連結するコンロッドと、前記偏心部に固着され一端が前記オイルに浸漬された給油管を備えるとともに、前記シリンダブロックには前記給油管を囲う防振カバーが固着され、防振カバーの上端がオイルの表面より上方に延出するとともに給油管の内径より小径の連通孔を前記防振カバーに穿設したもので、密閉容器に伝わる給油管の共振音を防振カバーによって遮断するので、給油管の共振による振動が密閉容器に伝わりにくい、騒音の低い冷媒圧縮機を提供することができる。さらに、給油管により供給する圧縮要素の各摺動部へのオイルを防振カバーに穿設した連通孔で防振カバーの内側へ導くことで確保しつつ給油管からの共振音を防振カバーによってオイルの表面まで遮断するので、さらに騒音の低い冷媒圧縮機を提供することができる。

Claims (5)
- 電動モータと、前記電動モータの下方に配設され前記電動モータによって駆動される圧縮要素と、前記電動モータと前記圧縮要素とを収容するとともにオイルを貯留する密閉容器とを備え、前記圧縮要素は主軸部および偏心部を備えたクランクシャフトと、シリンダおよび軸受けを形成したシリンダブロックと、前記シリンダ内を往復動するピストンと、前記ピストンと前記偏心部とを連結するコンロッドと、前記偏心部に固着され一端が前記オイルに浸漬された給油管を備えるとともに、前記シリンダブロックには前記給油管を囲う防振カバーが固着され、防振カバーの上端がオイルの表面より上方に延出するとともに給油管の内径より小径の連通孔を前記防振カバーに穿設した冷媒圧縮機。
- 防振カバーは弾性体を介してシリンダブロックに固着されている請求項1に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
- 防振カバーは制振部材にて形成された請求項1または2に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
- 給油管は鋼管から形成され、略くの字形状をなすとともに、防振カバーの内壁を回転体の形状とした請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
- 圧縮する冷媒をハイドロカーボンとし、オイルを鉱油またはアルキルベンゼンとした請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
