Description
るピストンと、前記シリンダに形成される圧縮室に連通するとともに消音空間を形成する吐出マフラと、前記吐出側接続管と前記吐出マフラを接続する吐出管を具備し、前記吐出管を、少なくとも3箇所に円転部を有する細管で形成し、さらに、前記吐出管の少なくとも一方の端から最初の円転部と次の円転部との間に、コイルスプリングを、その両端が前記最初の円転部と前記次の円転部に接するように嵌装したもので、吐出管による圧縮機本体からの振動伝達を低減し、振動を低減させることができる。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における密閉型圧縮機の平面断面図である。図2は、図1の密閉型圧縮機の縦断面図である。図3は、吐出管の正面図である。
は、偏心軸126とピストン132を連結している。圧縮室140と連通する吸入マフラ144は、シリンダヘッド138、バルブプレート136とともに、ブロック128に取り付けられている。吐出マフラ146a、146bは、内部に消音空間を形成するとともに、圧縮室140に連通している。

Claims (2)
- 密閉容器と、前記密閉容器内に固定され冷凍サイクルに接続される吐出側接続管と、前記密閉容器内に収納され冷媒ガスを圧縮する圧縮要素を備え、前記圧縮要素は、シリンダを形成するブロックと、前記シリンダ内に嵌合され往復運動するピストンと、前記シリンダに形成される圧縮室に連通するとともに消音空間を形成する吐出マフラと、前記吐出側接続管と前記吐出マフラを接続する吐出管を具備し、前記吐出管を、少なくとも3箇所に円転部を有する細管で形成し、さらに、前記吐出管の少なくとも一方の端から最初の円転部と次の円転部との間に、コイルスプリングを、その両端が前記最初の円転部と前記次の円転部にそれぞれ接するように嵌装した密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記電動要素を、インバータによって複数の運転周波数で駆動するようにした請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
