水100質量部にチロシン(アレルゲン低減化剤)を50質量部分散せしめた液に、さらにEVA樹脂を50質量部分散せしめて水分散液を得た。この水分散液をスプレー法で基布(ポリプロピレン繊維からなるテープヤーン織布、目付110g/m2)の片面に塗布した後、110℃で3分間乾燥処理することによって、基布の片面にアレルゲン低減化剤を付着せしめたものを得た。この時、アレルゲン低減化剤の付着量は7g/m2であった。次に、タフティング機を用いて基布のもう一方の面(アレルゲン低減化剤未付着の面)側からポリエステル繊維からなるパイル糸(パイル目付700g/m2)を植設することによって、アレルゲン低減化剤付着側にパイル長7mmのカットパイルを形成して、カーペット原反を得た。次に、前記カーペット原反の非パイル面側(下面)にSBRラテックス(充填剤として炭酸カルシウム含有)を塗布して乾燥処理することによって、図1に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。
基布上面におけるアレルゲン低減化剤の付着量を10g/m2とした以外は、参考例1と同様にして図1に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。
基布上面におけるアレルゲン低減化剤の付着量を1.2g/m2とした以外は、参考例1と同様にして図1に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。
アレルゲン低減化剤を全く付着せしめないものとした以外は、参考例1と同様にしてカーペットを得た。
基布上面におけるアレルゲン低減化剤の付着量を0.9g/m2とした以外は、参考例1と同様にして図1に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。
アレルゲン低減化剤を基布上面に付着せしめる代わりに、アレルゲン低減化剤を付着量が7g/m2となるようにパイル面側から噴霧したのち乾燥させるものとした以外は、参考例1と同様にしてアレルゲン低減化剤がパイル表面に付着してなるカーペットを得た。
水100質量部にチロシン(アレルゲン低減化剤)を50質量部分散せしめた液に、さらにEVA樹脂を50質量部分散せしめて水分散液を得た。ウェブ(目付量50g/m2)と基布(ポリプロピレン繊維からなるテープヤーン織布、目付110g/m2)とをニードリングにより積層一体化したものを前記水分散液に含浸した後110℃で3分間乾燥させた。ウェブにおけるアレルゲン低減化剤の付着量は5g/m2であった。次に、タフティング機を用いて基布のもう一方の面(非積層面)側からポリエステル繊維からなるパイル糸(パイル目付700g/m2)を植設することによって、ウェブ側にパイル長7mmのカットパイルを形成して、カーペット原反を得た。次に、前記カーペット原反の非パイル面側(下面)にSBRラテックス(充填剤として炭酸カルシウム含有)を塗布して乾燥処理することによって、図2に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。
基布上面におけるアレルゲン低減化剤の付着量を9g/m2とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして図2に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。
基布上面におけるアレルゲン低減化剤の付着量を1.5g/m2とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして図2に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。
ウェブ層におけるアレルゲン低減化剤の付着量を0.6g/m2とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして図2に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。
タフティング機を用いて基布(ポリプロピレン繊維からなるテープヤーン織布、目付110g/m2)の片面側からポリエステル繊維からなるパイル糸(パイル目付700g/m2)を植設することによって、パイル長7mmのカットパイルを形成して、カーペット原反を得た。次に、SBRラテックス(SBR含有率50質量%)100質量部に、炭酸カルシウム350質量部、チロシン(アレルゲン低減化剤)10質量部、増粘剤2質量部を添加分散させて得た粘度20000mPa・sのバッキング組成物を1.7倍発泡させてロールコーティング法で前記カーペット原反の非パイル面側(下面)にウエット500g/m2(490mL/m2)で塗布した後、150℃で10分間乾燥処理することによって、図3に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。バッキング組成物は、パイルの根元部に浸透含浸されており、パイル根元部における基布上面から1.2mmの高さまで浸透して付着していた。アレルゲン低減化剤の付着量は7.5g/m2であった。なお、粘度はBM粘度測定機を用いて4号ローター、6rpmの条件で測定した(以下同様)。
アレルゲン低減化剤の付着量が10g/m2となるようにした以外は、参考例4と同様にして図3に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。なお、バッキング組成物は、パイルの根元部に浸透含浸されており、パイル根元部における基布上面から1.2mmの高さまで浸透して付着していた。
バッキング組成物として、SBRラテックス(SBR含有率50質量%)100質量部にチロシン(アレルゲン低減化剤)5質量部を添加分散させて得た粘度10000mPa・sのバッキング組成物を用いた以外は、参考例4と同様にして図3に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。バッキング組成物は、パイルの根元部に浸透含浸されており、パイル根元部における基布上面から1.8mmの高さまで浸透して付着していた。アレルゲン低減化剤の付着量は5g/m2であった。
バッキング組成物として、SBRラテックス(SBR含有率50質量%)100質量部に、炭酸カルシウム350質量部、チロシン(アレルゲン低減化剤)1.2質量部を添加分散させて得たバッキング組成物を用いることによって、アレルゲン低減化剤の付着量が0.9g/m2となるようにした以外は、参考例4と同様にして図3に示す構成からなるカーペットを得た。なお、バッキング組成物は、パイルの根元部に浸透含浸されており、パイル根元部における基布上面から1.2mmの高さまで浸透して付着していた。
バッキング組成物として、SBRラテックス(SBR含有率50質量%)100質量部に、炭酸カルシウム350質量部、チロシン(アレルゲン低減化剤)10質量部、増粘剤5質量部を添加分散させて得た粘度32000mPa・sのバッキング組成物を用いた以外は、参考例4と同様にしてカーペットを得た。バッキング組成物は、パイルの根元部に全く浸透含浸されておらず、アレルゲン低減化剤の付着位置はバッキング層のみであった。アレルゲン低減化剤の付着量は7.5g/m2であった。
アレルゲン測定キット(アサヒビール薬品株式会社製、商品名「ダニスキャン」)を用いて各カーペットのアレルゲン低減化性能を評価した。まず、3年間使用した一般のカーペット(本発明品ではない)から採取した塵ゴミ3mgを、5cm×5cmに切り出した前記各カーペット(実施例1〜3、参考例1〜6、比較例1〜6)の上に載せ、さらに表面に塵ゴミが見えなくなるように擦りつけた後、25℃×70%R.H.の条件下で2日間放置した。次に、各カーペットのパイルを刈り取り、この刈り取り後の表面を塵採取器でこすり、これに測定キットの現像液を垂らし、現れる赤い線の濃淡と位置からダニ汚染状況を下記の4段階で評価した。評価「1」「2」を合格とした。
(判定基準)
「1」…ダニアレルゲンの汚染はない
「2」…ややダニアレルゲンに汚染されている程度である
「3」…ダニアレルゲンに汚染されている
「4」…非常にダニアレルゲンに汚染されている。
Claims (3)
- 基布の上面にパイルが植設されると共に該基布の下面にバッキング層が形成されてなるカーペットにおいて、
前記基布の上面に、アレルゲン低減化剤を付着せしめたウェブ層が積層一体化され、前記アレルゲン低減化剤の付着量が1〜10g/m 2 であることを特徴とするカーペット。 - 前記基布とウェブ層とがニードリングにより積層一体化されている請求項1に記載のカーペット。
- 前記ウェブ層の目付量が10〜100g/m2である請求項1または2に記載のカーペット。
