Claims (9)
- 門型加工機における工具が取り付けられた主軸が加工物に向って回転移動することにより穴を形成する深穴加工装置であって、
前記工具の回転移動をガイドするための穴径を有するブッシュと、
前記門型加工機におけるコラム上を移動可能なクロスレールに設けられ、前記主軸が装着されている主軸頭に対し、前記ブッシュを所定距離を隔てて保持するブッシュ保持部と、
を備え、
前記ブッシュの前記加工物に対する位置と、前記ブッシュが前記加工物に押し当てられる圧力が、前記クロスレールの移動により制御が可能であることを特徴とする深穴加工装置。 - 前記ブッシュ保持部は、前記主軸が前記主軸頭に対して相対的に移動し得る最大移動距離より長い前記所定距離を隔てて、前記ブッシュを前記主軸頭に対して保持することを特徴とする請求項1記載の深穴加工装置。
- 前記ブッシュ保持部は、前記主軸頭に対して取り付け及び取り外しが可能な構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の深穴加工装置。
- 前記ブッシュ保持部は、棒状部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一に記載の深穴加工装置。
- 前記ブッシュ保持部は、筒状の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一に記載の深穴加工装置。
- 前記ブッシュとして、前記工具の径に応じた前記穴径を有するものを複数備え、前記ブッシュ保持部は用いる工具に応じた前記ブッシュを保持することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一に記載の深穴加工装置。
- 前記ブッシュは、
前記工具の回転移動をガイドするための前記穴径を有し、前記工具の径に応じてそれぞれ異なる穴径を有する複数の第1のブッシュと、
前記第1のブッシュの外径に対応した内径を有し、前記第1のブッシュの装着が可能な第2のブッシュとを有する2重構造を有し、
前記第1のブッシュは、前記工具に応じて交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一に記載の深穴加工装置。 - 前記ブッシュにおける前記加工物との接触部分に設けられた圧力センサをさらに備え、 前記圧力センサが検出した圧力値に応じて、前記クロスレールの移動が制御されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一に記載の深穴加工装置。
- 前記主軸の移動方向に沿って設けられたガイドレールと、
前記主軸と接続される回転継手に接続されたホースを支持した状態で、前記ガイドレール上を摺動することが可能なスライダとをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一に記載の深穴加工装置。
