Description
本発明は以下の通りである。
1.熱被覆法によって表面層(5)を製造するための酸化物セラミックを基材とし、40重量%〜80重量%のAl2O3と、10重量%〜40重量%のZrO2と、酸化チタンを含む材料であって、表面層(5)の硬度と靭性を同時に最適化するために、35重量%まで、好ましくは5重量%〜35重量%のCr2O3を更に含むことを特徴とする、上記材料。
2.酸化イットリウム、好ましくはY2O3を特に20重量%まで、及び/又は酸化チタン、好ましくはTiO2を特に20重量%までさらに含む、上記1に記載の材料。
3.溶融及び/又は法型並びに後続の破砕及び/又は篩分けによって製造される溶射粉体である、上記1又は2のいずれかに記載の材料。
4.前記溶射粉体の粒子径が、1μm〜90μm、好ましくは5μm〜45μmである上記3に記載の材料。
5.40重量%〜80重量%のAl2O3と10重量%〜40重量%のZrO2と酸化チタンを含む酸化物セラミックに基づく溶射によって施した表面層であって、硬度と靭性を同時に最適化するために、35重量%まで、好ましくは5重量%〜35重量%のCr2O3を更に含むことを特徴とする、上記表面層。
6.酸化イットリウム、好ましくはY2O3を特に20重量%まで、及び/又は酸化チタン、好ましくはTiO2を特に20重量%までさらに含む、上記5に記載の表面層。
7.Al2O3が、表面層(5)中に結晶質アルミナα相及び/又は結晶質アルミナγ相として存在する、上記5又は6に記載の表面層。
8.ZrO2が単斜晶系相及び/又は正方晶系相として存在する、上記5から7までのいずれか一つに記載の表面層。
9.前記表面層(5)が、500HV0.3〜1200HV0.3、好ましくは800HV0.3〜850HV0.3の微小硬度HV0.3を有する、上記5から8までのいずれか一つに記載の表面層。
10.上記5から9までのいずれか一項に記載の表面層を上記1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の材料で施す被覆方法であって、大気圧プラズマ溶射法、低圧プラズマ溶射法、火炎溶射法、又は高速火炎溶射法である、上記被覆方法。
11.上記1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の材料で形成された上記5から9までのいずれか一つに記載の表面層(5)が圧縮室(2)のシリンダー壁(4)上に形成されることを特徴とする、圧縮室(2)中に可動に配設されたピストン(3)を含む、流体を圧縮するための圧縮機、特にオイルレス圧縮機。
12.前記圧縮機が、表面層(5)を設けたシリンダー壁(4)を有するシリンダー(6)と境界をなす圧縮室(2)を含み、圧縮室(2)中にピストン(3)が前後可動に配置されて流体を圧縮する往復動ピストン圧縮機であり、シリンダーの直径が40mm〜80mm、特に50mm〜60mmである、上記11に記載の圧縮機。

Claims (16)
- 熱被覆法によって表面層(5)を製造するための酸化物セラミックを基材とし、40重量%〜80重量%のAl2O3と、10重量%〜40重量%のZrO2と、酸化チタンを含む材料であって、表面層(5)の硬度と靭性を同時に最適化するために、35重量%までのCr2O3を更に含むことを特徴とする、上記材料。
- Cr2O3を5重量%〜35重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 酸化イットリウムをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の材料。
- Y2O3を20重量%まで、及び/又はTiO2を20重量%までさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 溶融及び/又は法型並びに後続の破砕及び/又は篩分けによって製造される溶射粉体である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記溶射粉体の粒子径が、1μm〜90μmである請求項5に記載の材料。
- 40重量%〜80重量%のAl2O3と10重量%〜40重量%のZrO2と酸化チタンを含む酸化物セラミックに基づく溶射によって施した表面層であって、硬度と靭性を同時に最適化するために、35重量%までのCr2O3を更に含むことを特徴とする、上記表面層。
- Cr2O3を5重量%〜35重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の表面層。
- 酸化イットリウムをさらに含む、請求項7又は8に記載の表面層。
- Y2O3を20重量%まで、及び/又はTiO2を20重量%までさらに含む、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の表面層。
- Al2O3が、表面層(5)中に結晶質アルミナα相及び/又は結晶質アルミナγ相として存在する、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の表面層。
- ZrO2が単斜晶系相及び/又は正方晶系相として存在する、請求項7から11までのいずれか一項に記載の表面層。
- 前記表面層(5)が、500HV0.3〜1200HV0.3の微小硬度HV0.3を有する、請求項7から12までのいずれか一項に記載の表面層。
- 請求項7から13までのいずれか一項に記載の表面層を請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の材料で施す被覆方法であって、大気圧プラズマ溶射法、低圧プラズマ溶射法、火炎溶射法、又は高速火炎溶射法である、上記被覆方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の材料で形成された請求項7から13までのいずれか一項に記載の表面層(5)が圧縮室(2)のシリンダー壁(4)上に形成されることを特徴とする、圧縮室(2)中に可動に配設されたピストン(3)を含む、流体を圧縮するための圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮機が、表面層(5)を設けたシリンダー壁(4)を有するシリンダー(6)と境界をなす圧縮室(2)を含み、圧縮室(2)中のピストン(3)が前後可動に配置されて流体を圧縮する往復動ピストン圧縮機であり、シリンダーの直径が40mm〜80mmである、請求項15に記載の圧縮機。
