Description
Claims (3)
- 電気的なアクチュエータにより駆動され吸気バルブおよび排気バルブの少なくとも一方のバルブの作用角およびリフト量を変化させる電気式可変動弁機構と、内燃機関により駆動されるオイルポンプから供給されたオイルにより作動され吸気バルブおよび排気バルブの少なくとも一方のバルブの作動タイミングを変化させる油圧式可変動弁機構とを備えた内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の始動後において、暖機が必要であるか否かを判断するための暖機判断手段と、
前記暖機が必要であると判断されると、前記電気式可変動弁機構を用いてバルブオーバラップ期間を拡大するように、前記電気式可変動弁機構を制御するための手段と、
前記バルブオーバラップ期間の拡大に対応させて、点火時期を遅角させるように、前記内燃機関を制御するための手段と、
前記オイルの圧力に基づいて、前記油圧式可変動弁機構の正常な動作が可能であるか否かを判断するための判断手段と、
前記油圧式可変動弁機構の正常な動作が可能であると判断されると、前記電気式可変動弁機構から前記油圧式可変動弁機構に、前記バルブオーバラップ期間を拡大させる機構を変更するための変更手段とを含み、
前記変更手段は、前記内燃機関の吸気バルブの開タイミングが変更されないように、前記電気式可変動弁機構から前記油圧式可変動弁機構に変更するための手段を含む、内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記判断手段は、前記オイルの圧力が予め定められた圧力以上であると、前記油圧式可変動弁機構の正常な動作が可能であると判断するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関の排気系には、排気ガスを浄化する触媒を含む排気浄化機構が設けられ、
前記暖機判断手段は、前記触媒を活性化させるための暖機が必要であるか否かを判断するための手段を含む、請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
