Abstract
【解決手段】ECUは、エンジンが始動すると(S100にてYES)、エンジン冷却水温THWを検知して(S110)、エンジン冷却水温THWがしきい値THW(1)以下であると(S120にてYES)、触媒急速暖機処理を開始して点火時期を遅角するステップ(S130)と、VVLAコントローラに作用角拡大指令信号を出力するステップ(S140)と、VVT油圧が上昇すると(S160にてYES)、吸気バルブの開タイミングが変更されないように、VVLAコントローラに作用角縮小指令信号を出力するとともにVVTコントローラに進角指令信号を出力するステップ(S170)と、エンジン冷却水温THWがしきい値THW(2)以上であると(S190にてYES)、触媒急速暖機処理を終了して点火時期を通常制御に戻すステップ(S200)とを含む、プログラムを実行する。

Claims (8)
- 電気的なアクチュエータにより駆動される電気式可変動弁機構を備えた内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の始動後において、暖機が必要であるか否かを判断するための暖機判断手段と、
前記暖機が必要であると判断されると、前記電気式可変動弁機構を用いてバルブオーバラップ期間を拡大するように、前記電気式可変動弁機構を制御するための手段と、
前記バルブオーバラップ期間の拡大に対応させて、点火時期を遅角させるように、前記内燃機関を制御するための手段とを含む、内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関は、内燃機関により駆動されるオイルポンプから供給されたオイルにより作動される油圧式可変動弁機構をさらに含み、
前記制御装置は、
前記オイルの圧力に基づいて、前記油圧式可変動弁機構の正常な動作が可能であるか否かを判断するための判断手段と、
前記油圧式可変動弁機構の正常な動作が可能であると判断されると、前記電気式可変動弁機構から前記油圧式可変動弁機構に、前記オーバラップ期間を拡大させる機構を変更するための変更手段とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記判断手段は、前記オイルの圧力が予め定められた圧力以上であると、前記油圧式可変動弁機構の正常な動作が可能であると判断するための手段を含む、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記変更手段は、内燃機関の吸気バルブの開タイミングが変更されないように、前記電気式可変動弁機構から前記油圧式可変動弁機構に変更するための手段を含む、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関の排気系には、排気ガスを浄化する触媒を含む排気浄化機構が設けられ、
前記暖気判断手段は、前記触媒を活性化させるための暖機が必要であるか否かを判断するための手段を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記電気式可変動弁機構は、吸気バルブおよび排気バルブの少なくとも一方のバルブの、作用角を変化させる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記電気式可変動弁機構は、吸気バルブおよび排気バルブの少なくとも一方のバルブの、作用角およびリフト量を変化させる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記油圧式可変動弁機構は、吸気バルブおよび排気バルブの少なくとも一方のバルブの、作動タイミングを変化させる、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
