Description
(i)1種または複数のジオールと、
(ii)芳香族ジカルボン酸と、
(iii)一般式CnH2n(COOH)2(nは2から8である)の1種または複数の脂肪族ジカルボン酸とから誘導され、芳香族ジカルボン酸がコポリエステルのジカルボン酸成分の総量を基準として60から85モル%の量でコポリエステルに存在し、コポリエステルがランダムまたは交互コポリエステルであり、フィルムが21℃(室温)において7%歪みを受けて保持されることによって変形した後、この変形の10分以内に、変形直後のフィルム内応力が元の値の60%未満の残留値まで散逸し、前記コポリエステルのガラス転移温度が35℃未満であり、および前記フィルムが100から165℃の温度で熱硬化されているフィルムが提供される。
(i)1種または複数のジオールと、
(ii)芳香族ジカルボン酸と、
(iii)一般式CnH2n(COOH)2(nは2から8である)の1種または複数の脂肪族ジカルボン酸とから誘導され、芳香族ジカルボン酸がコポリエステルのジカルボン酸成分の総量を基準として60から85モル%の量でコポリエステルに存在し、コポリエステルがランダムまたは交互コポリエステルであり、フィルムが7%歪みを受けて保持されることによって変形した後、この変形の10分以内に、変形直後のフィルム内応力が元の値の60%未満の残留値まで散逸する、信号、広告、グラフィックアート、および他の表示用途に向けたコンフォーマブル媒体としての、もしくはそれらの媒体の被覆としての、あるいはその製造における使用が提供される。
(i)1種または複数のジオールと、
(ii)芳香族ジカルボン酸と、
(iii)一般式CnH2n(COOH)2(nは2から8である)の1種または複数の脂肪族ジカルボン酸とから誘導され、芳香族ジカルボン酸がコポリエステルのジカルボン酸成分の総量を基準として60から85モル%の量でコポリエステルに存在し、コポリエステルがランダムまたは交互コポリエステルであり、フィルムが7%歪みを受けて保持されることによって変形した後、この変形の10分以内に、変形直後のフィルム内応力が元の値の60%未満の残留値まで散逸する、信号、広告、グラフィックアート、および他の表示用途に向けた媒体中のコンフォーマブル層としての、またはそれらの媒体の被覆としての使用が提供される。
(i)1種または複数のジオールと、
(ii)芳香族ジカルボン酸と、
(iii)一般式CnH2n(COOH)2(nは2から8である)の1種または複数の脂肪族ジカルボン酸とから誘導され、芳香族ジカルボン酸がコポリエステルのジカルボン酸成分の総量を基準として60から85モル%の量でコポリエステルに存在し、コポリエステルがランダムまたは交互コポリエステルであり、フィルムが7%歪みを受けて保持されることによって変形した後、この変形の10分以内に、変形直後のフィルム内応力が元の値の60%未満の残留値まで散逸する、信号、広告、グラフィックアート、および他の表示用途に向けた媒体にコンフォーマブル性を提供する目的のための、またはそれらの媒体の被覆としての使用が提供される。
(i)1種または複数のジオールと、
(ii)芳香族ジカルボン酸と、
(iii)一般式CnH2n(COOH)2(nは2から8までである)の1種または複数の脂肪族ジカルボン酸とから誘導され、芳香族ジカルボン酸がコポリエステルのジカルボン酸成分の総量を基準として60から85モル%の量でコポリエステルに存在し、コポリエステルがランダムまたは交互コポリエステルである工程を含み、押出品を少なくとも一方向に引張る工程をさらに含む製造方法が提供される。
PVCフィルムと比較する目的で、さらに代わりの方法を用い、初期寸法100mm×100mmのフィルムのサンプルをオーブン中で拘束しないで100℃に加熱した(表2および実施例9およびp−PVCの比較例を参照されたい)。収縮を、フィルムのMDおよびTD軸に関して、再び冷却後の試料の元の長さに対するパーセントで表した。
Claims (14)
- コポリエステルを含む、コンフォーマブル二軸配向ポリマーフィルムであって、前記コポリエステルが、
(i)1種または複数のジオールと、
(ii)芳香族ジカルボン酸と、
(iii)一般式CnH2n(COOH)2(nは2から8である)の1種または複数の脂肪族ジカルボン酸とから誘導され、
前記芳香族ジカルボン酸が前記コポリエステルのジカルボン酸成分の総量を基準として60から85モル%の量で前記コポリエステルに存在し、前記コポリエステルがランダムまたは交互コポリエステルであり、
前記フィルムが21℃(室温)において7%歪みを受けて保持されることによって変形した後、前記変形の10分以内に、変形直後の前記フィルム内応力が元の値の60%未満の残留値まで散逸し、
前記コポリエステルのガラス転移温度が35℃未満であり、および前記フィルムが100から165℃の温度で熱硬化されている
ことを特徴とするフィルム。 - 前記コポリエステルが、1種のジオールからのみ誘導されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記コポリエステルが、エチレングリコールから誘導されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフィルム。
- 前記芳香族ジカルボン酸が、テレフタル酸であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記コポリエステルが、1種の脂肪族ジカルボン酸からのみ誘導されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸が、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、またはセバシン酸であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸が、アジピン酸であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記芳香族ジカルボン酸が、前記コポリエステルのジカルボン酸成分の総量を基準として65から75モル%の量で前記コポリエステル中に存在することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記コポリエステルが、ランダムコポリエステルであることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが21℃(室温)において7%歪みを受けて保持されることによって変形した後、前記変形の10分以内に、変形直後の前記フィルム内応力が元の値の40%未満の残留値まで散逸することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが21℃(室温)において7%歪みを受けて保持されることによって変形した後、前記フィルム内の初期応力が4.5kg/mm2未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、21℃(室温)において7%歪みを受けて保持されることによって変形した後、前記変形の10分以内の前記残留応力が1.7kg/mm2未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 空気中100℃で60分間にわたって処理した後の収縮が、機械寸法および横断寸法ともに4%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- コンフォーマブル二軸配向ポリマーフィルムの製造方法であって、
コポリエステルを溶融押出成形する工程であり、前記コポリエステルが、
(i)1種または複数のジオールと、
(ii)芳香族ジカルボン酸と、
(iii)一般式CnH2n(COOH)2(nは2から8までである)の1種または複数の脂肪族ジカルボン酸とから誘導され、
前記芳香族ジカルボン酸が前記コポリエステルのジカルボン酸成分の総量を基準として60から85モル%の量で前記コポリエステルに存在し、前記コポリエステルがランダムまたは交互コポリエステルであり、前記コポリエステルのガラス転移温度が35℃未満である工程を含み、
前記押出品をフィルム面内の互いに直角な2方向に引っ張り、次いで100から165℃の温度で熱硬化する工程をさらに含み、
前記フィルムが21℃(室温)において7%歪みを受けて保持されることによって変形した後、前記変形の10分以内に、変形直後の前記フィルム内応力が元の値の60%未満の残留値まで散逸する
ことを特徴とする製造方法。
