Claims (5)
- 球状湾曲外面(2)を有する内輪(1)と、前記内輪を受け且つ球状湾曲内面(4)を有する外輪(3)と、前記外輪(3)の連続溝(9)内に配置されたシールとを備える球面滑り軸受であって、
前記シールは実質的に山形の断面を有する環状支持体(13)と、前記支持体(13)に接続された封止体(12)とを有し、
前記封止体は前記内輪(1)の前記球状湾曲外面(2)に摩擦支持され、
前記内輪(1)の方向において、前記封止体(12)は、反対方向を向いて互いに離間する2つの弾性封止リップ(12.2、12.3)を有し、
軸受中心軸(7)に垂直に広がる平面(16)に対して、前記封止リップのうちの第1の封止リップ(12.2)が外側に向き、前記封止リップのうちの第2の封止リップ(12.3)が内側に向き、
前記第1の封止リップ(12.2)は第1及び第2の摩擦封止縁(12.4、12.6)を有し、前記第2の封止リップ(12.3)は第3の摩擦封止縁(12.5)を有し、
第2の摩擦封止縁(12.6)は前記第1の摩擦封止縁(12.4)と内向きに離間した状態で隣り合い、
前記第2の摩擦封止縁は、前記シールが前記溝に嵌入されたとき、前記第1の摩擦封止縁の磨耗がまだ発生していない場合には隙間(14)によって前記内輪(1)の前記球状湾曲外面(2)から離間し、
前記環状支持体(13)の第1の脚部(13.1)が前記軸受中心軸(7)に平行に延び、前記環状支持体(13)の第2の脚部(13.2)が前記平面(16)に平行に且つ前記第1の摩擦封止縁(12.4)の方向に延び、
前記シールが前記溝に嵌入されたとき、前記第2の封止リップ(12.3)の前記第3の摩擦封止縁(12.5)は、前記第1の封止リップ(12.2)の前記第1の摩擦封止縁(12.4)のプレストレスよりも実質的に小さいプレストレスによって前記内輪(1)の前記球状湾曲外面(2)に支持される、球面滑り軸受。 - 前記シールが前記溝に嵌入されたとき、前記第1の封止リップ(12.2)の前記第1の摩擦封止縁(12.4)は、プレストレスによって前記内輪(1)の前記球状湾曲外面(2)に支持される、請求項1に記載の球面滑り軸受。
- 前記環状支持体(13)の第1の脚部(13.1)がその外側を少なくとも部分的に前記封止体(12)によって囲まれる、請求項1に記載の球面滑り軸受。
- 前記環状支持体(13)は金属で構成され、前記封止体(12)はエラストマで構成される、請求項1に記載の球面滑り軸受。
- 前記球面滑り軸受は手入れ不要の乾式滑り軸受の形態をとり、前記外輪(3)の前記球状湾曲内面(4)と前記内輪(1)の前記球状湾曲外面(2)との間にオーバーレイ(15)が配置される、請求項1に記載の球面滑り軸受。
