Abstract
【解決手段】内輪1と外輪2の間の軸受空間を内側と外側の2つの接触シール5、6で密封し、外側の接触シール6にシールリップ6cの外側でラビリンス部6dを形成して、シールリップ6cをシール摺接面2aに面接触させ、内側の接触シール5のシールリップ5cをシール摺接面1aに線接触させることにより、外側の接触シール6のラビリンス部6dで泥水をある程度遮断したのち、シールリップ6cで泥水を完全に遮断するとともに、外側の接触シール6のシールリップ6cの面接触界面から浸入する水分を、内側の接触シール5の線接触するシールリップ5cで水切りして遮断し、泥水が飛散する環境で使用しても、シール性を十分に確保できるようにした。

Claims (4)
- 内輪と外輪の間の軸受空間を、弾性部材で形成したシールリップをシール摺接面に接触させる接触シールで密封した密封型転がり軸受において、前記軸受空間を内側と外側の2つの接触シールで密封し、前記外側の接触シールに前記シールリップの外側でラビリンス部を形成して、そのシールリップを前記シール摺接面に面接触させ、前記内側の接触シールのシールリップを前記シール摺接面に線接触させたことを特徴とする密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記内側の接触シールに内外2枚のシールリップを設けた請求項1に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記外側の接触シールのシールリップを形成する弾性部材をニトリルゴムまたはフッ素ゴムとし、前記内側の接触シールのシールリップを形成する弾性部材をニトリルゴム、アクリルゴムまたはフッ素ゴムのいずれかとした請求項1または2に記載の密封型転がり軸受。
- 前記外側の接触シールに芯金を設け、この芯金を前記内輪または外輪に嵌合して、前記外側の接触シールを固定した請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の密封型転がり軸受。
