Description
(式中、Aは、希土類元素およびアルカリ土類金属から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、Bは、遷移元素(希土類元素およびPdを除く。)、AlおよびSiから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、xは、1<xの原子割合を示し、yは、0<y≦0.5の原子割合を示し、δは、酸素過剰分を示す。)
また、本発明のペロブスカイト型複合酸化物は、下記一般式(2)で示されることを特徴としている。
(式中、Aは、La、Nd、Yから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、A′は、希土類元素およびアルカリ土類金属から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素(La、Nd、Y、Ce、Pr、Tbを除く。)を示し、A″は、Ce、Pr、Tbから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、Bは、Mn、Fe、Co、Alから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、B′は、遷移元素(希土類元素、Mn、Fe、Co、Al、Pdを除く。)およびSiから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示す。また、aは、0.5<a≦1.3の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、bは、0≦b<0.5の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、a+bは、1<a+b≦1.3の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、cは、0≦c≦0.2の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、qは、0≦q<0.5の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、rは、0<r≦0.5の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、δは、酸素過剰分を示す。)
また、前記一般式(2)において、b、c、qの少なくともいずれかが、0であることが好適である。
(式中、Aは、希土類元素およびアルカリ土類金属から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、Bは、遷移元素(希土類元素およびPdを除く。)、AlおよびSiから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、xは、1<xの原子割合を示し、yは、0<y≦0.5の原子割合を示し、δは、酸素過剰分を示す。)
本発明のペロブスカイト型複合酸化物の製造方法では、Aサイトに配位される元素の原子割合が1を超えるように、原料を処方するので、Pdを高い固溶率で安定して固溶させることができる。そのため、Pdの固溶率の高いものを、安定して製造することができる。また、本発明のペロブスカイト型複合酸化物の製造方法では、たとえ、Aサイトの構成元素を含む原料を、製造途中でロスしても、Aサイトに配位される元素の原子割合が1を超えるように、原料が処方されるので、Aサイトの原子割合がBサイトの原子割合に対して小さくなることを、抑制することができる。そのため、Pdの固溶率の高いものを、安定して製造することができる。
(式中、Aは、希土類元素およびアルカリ土類金属から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、Bは、遷移元素(希土類元素およびPdを除く。)、AlおよびSiから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、xは、1<xの原子割合を示し、yは、0<y≦0.5の原子割合を示し、δは、酸素過剰分を示す。)
一般式(1)において、本発明のペロブスカイト型複合酸化物では、Aの構成元素が、Aサイトに配位され、Bの構成元素およびPdが、Bサイトに配位される。
(式中、Aは、La、Nd、Yから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、A′は、希土類元素およびアルカリ土類金属から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素(La、Nd、Y、Ce、Pr、Tbを除く。)を示し、A″は、Ce、Pr、Tbから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、Bは、Mn、Fe、Co、Alから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、B′は、遷移元素(希土類元素、Mn、Fe、Co、Al、Pdを除く。)およびSiから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示す。また、aは、0.5<a≦1.3の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、bは、0≦b<0.5の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、a+bは、1<a+b≦1.3の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、cは、0≦c≦0.2の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、qは、0≦q<0.5の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、rは、0<r≦0.5の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、δは、酸素過剰分を示す。)
一般式(2)においては、(AaA′bA″c)がAサイトに配位され、(B1−(q+r)B′qPdr)がBサイトに配位される。
(式中、Eは、各元素を示し、R1は、水素原子または炭素数1〜4のアルキル基を示し、R2は、炭素数1〜4のアルキル基を示し、iは、1〜3の整数、jは、2〜3の整数を示す。)
アルコキシアルコラートは、より具体的には、例えば、メトキシエチレート、メトキシプロピレート、メトキシブチレート、エトキシエチレート、エトキシプロピレート、プロポキシエチレート、ブトキシエチレートなどが挙げられる。
(式中、R3は、炭素数1〜4のアルキル基、炭素数1〜4のフルオロアルキル基またはリール基、R4は、炭素数1〜4のアルキル基、炭素数1〜4のフルオロアルキル基、アリール基または炭素数1〜4のアルキルオキシ基、R5は、水素原子または炭素数1〜4のアルキル基を示す。)

(式中、R6は、水素原子または炭素数1〜4のアルキル基を示す。)
上記一般式(4)および上記一般式(5)中、R3、R4、R5およびR6の炭素数1〜4のアルキル基としては、例えば、メチル、エチル、プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、s−ブチル、t−ブチルなどが挙げられる。また、R3およびR4の炭素数1〜4のフルオロアルキル基としては、例えば、トリフルオロメチルなどが挙げられる。また、R3およびR4のアリール基としては、例えば、フェニルが挙げられる。また、R3の炭素数1〜4のアルキルオキシ基としては、例えば、メトキシ、エトキシ、プロポキシ、イソプロポキシ、n−ブトキシ、s−ブトキシ、t−ブトキシなどが挙げられる。
1)ペロブスカイト型複合酸化物の製造例
実施例1
ランタンnブトキシド 36.5g(0.102モル)
鉄nブトキシド 26.1g(0.095モル)
を、500mL容量の丸底フラスコに加え、トルエン200mLを加えて攪拌溶解させることにより、混合アルコキシド溶液を調製した。そして、パラジウムアセチルアセトナート1.52g(0.005モル)をトルエン100mLに溶解して、この溶液を、さらに丸底フラスコの混合アルコキシド溶液に加えて、LaFePdを含む均一混合溶液を調製した。
ランタンエトキシエチレート 42.7g(0.105モル)
鉄エトキシエチレート 18.4g(0.057モル)
コバルトエトキシエチレート 9.0g(0.038モル)
を、500mL容量の丸底フラスコに加え、トルエン200mLを加えて攪拌溶解させることにより、混合アルコキシド溶液を調製した。そして、パラジウムアセチルアセトナート1.52g(0.005モル)をトルエン100mLに溶解して、この溶液を、さらに丸底フラスコの混合アルコキシド溶液に加えて、LaFeCoPdを含む均一混合溶液を調製した。
ランタンメトキシエチレート 32.8g(0.090モル)
ネオジムメトキシエチレート 7.4g(0.020モル)
鉄メトキシエチレート 25.3g(0.090モル)
を、500mL容量の丸底フラスコに加え、トルエン200mLを加えて攪拌溶解させることにより、混合アルコキシド溶液を調製した。そして、パラジウムアセチルアセトナート3.05g(0.010モル)をトルエン100mLに溶解して、この溶液を、さらに丸底フラスコの混合アルコキシド溶液に加えて、LaNdFePdを含む均一混合溶液を調製した。
硝酸ネオジム 40.3g(0.092モル)
硝酸イットリウム 3.8g(0.010モル)
硝酸鉄 38.4g(0.095モル)
硝酸パラジウム水溶液(Pd分4.399質量%)12.1g(Pd換算で0.53g、0.005モル相当)
を純水100mLに溶解して、均一に混合することにより、NdYFePdを含む混合塩水溶液を調製した。そして、クエン酸50.4g(0.24モル)を純水に溶解して、この溶液を、混合塩水溶液に加えて、NdYFePdを含むクエン酸混合塩水溶液を調製した。
硝酸ランタン 43.3g(0.100モル)
硝酸ストロンチウム 5.7g(0.020モル)
硝酸マンガン 23.0g(0.080モル)
硝酸アルミニウム 5.6g(0.015モル)
硝酸パラジウム水溶液(Pd分4.399質量%)12.1g(Pd換算で0.53g、0.005モル相当)
をイオン交換水200mLに溶解して、均一に混合することにより、LaSrMnAlPdを含む混合塩水溶液を調製した。
ランタンメトキシプロピレート 41.4g(0.102モル)
鉄メトキシプロピレート 25.9g(0.080モル)
マンガンメトキシプロピレート 2.3g(0.010モル)
を、500mL容量の丸底フラスコに加え、トルエン200mLを加えて攪拌溶解させることにより、混合アルコキシド溶液を調製した。そして、パラジウムアセチルアセトナート3.05g(0.010モル)をトルエン100mLに溶解して、この溶液を、さらに丸底フラスコの混合アルコキシド溶液に加えて、LaFeMnPdを含む均一混合溶液を調製した。
ランタンエトキシエチレート 41.4g(0.102モル)
セリウムエトキシエチレート 2.0g(0.005モル)
鉄エトキシエチレート 18.4g(0.057モル)
コバルトエトキシエチレート 9.0g(0.038モル)
を、500mL容量の丸底フラスコに加え、トルエン200mLを加えて攪拌溶解させることにより、混合アルコキシド溶液を調製した。そして、パラジウムアセチルアセトナート1.52g(0.005モル)をトルエン100mLに溶解して、この溶液を、さらに丸底フラスコの混合アルコキシド溶液に加えて、LaCeFeCoPdを含む均一混合溶液を調製した。
硝酸ランタン 45.5g(0.105モル)
硝酸コバルト 22.5g(0.095モル)
硝酸パラジウム水溶液(Pd分4.399質量%)12.1g(Pd換算で0.53g、0.005モル相当)
をイオン交換水200mLに溶解して、均一に混合することにより、LaCoPdを含む混合塩水溶液を調製した。以下、実施例5と同様の操作により、粉体を得た。
ランタンiプロポキシド 30.0g(0.095モル)
カルシウムiプロポキシド 1.6g(0.010モル)
アルミニウムiプロポキシド 19.4g(0.095モル)
を、500mL容量の丸底フラスコに加え、トルエン200mLを加えて攪拌溶解させることにより、混合アルコキシド溶液を調製した。そして、パラジウムアセチルアセトナート1.52g(0.005モル)をトルエン100mLに溶解して、この溶液を、さらに丸底フラスコの混合アルコキシド溶液に加えて、LaCaAlPdを含む均一混合溶液を調製した。
ランタンメトキシプロピレート 44.7g(0.110モル)
マンガンメトキシプロピレート 22.2g(0.095モル)
を、500mL容量の丸底フラスコに加え、トルエン200mLを加えて攪拌溶解させることにより、混合アルコキシド溶液を調製した。
ランタンnブトキシド 46.6g(0.130モル)
鉄nブトキシド 26.1g (0.095モル)
を、500mL容量の丸底フラスコに入れ、トルエン200mLを加えて撹拌溶解させることにより、混合アルコキシド溶液を調製した。そしてパラジウムアセチルアセトナート1.52g(0.005モル)をトルエン100mLに溶解して、この溶液を、さらに丸底フラスコの混合アルコキシド溶液に加えて、LaFePdを含む均一混合溶液を調製した。
ランタンエトキシエチレート 40.6g(0.100モル)
鉄エトキシエチレート 30.7g(0.095モル)
を、500mL容量の丸底フラスコに加え、トルエン200mLを加えて攪拌溶解させることにより、混合アルコキシド溶液を調製した。そして、パラジウムアセチルアセトナート1.52g(0.005モル)をトルエン100mLに溶解して、この溶液を、さらに丸底フラスコの混合アルコキシド溶液に加えて、LaFePdを含む均一混合溶液を調製した。
硝酸ランタン 43.3g(0.100モル)
硝酸鉄 23.0g(0.057モル)
硝酸コバルト 9.0g(0.038モル)
硝酸パラジウム水溶液(Pd分4.399質量%)12.1g(Pd換算で0.53g、0.005モル相当)
をイオン交換水200mLに溶解して、均一に混合することにより、LaCoPdを含む混合塩水溶液を調製した。以下、実施例5と同様の操作により、粉体を得た。
2)固溶率の測定
各実施例および各比較例で得られた3回分の粉末のそれぞれを、7重量%塩酸水溶液に溶解し、室温にて20時間放置後、各溶液を、0.1μmφのフィルターにより濾過した。
3−1)排ガス浄化用触媒の作製
テストピース:直径30mm、長さ50mm、6ミル、400セルのハニカムに、実施例1、2および比較例1、2のPd含有ペロブスカイト型複合酸化物を、排ガス浄化用触媒1LあたりのPd含有量が3.2gとなるように担持させた。
3−2)耐久試験
V型8気筒排気量4Lのエンジンの片バンクに、上記で得られた実施例1、2および比較例1、2の排ガス浄化用触媒を、それぞれ装着し、触媒床内の最高温度が1000℃となる30秒で1サイクルの耐久パターンを、40時間繰り返した後、空燃比A/F=14.3、900℃で2時間アニーリングした。
3−3)50%浄化温度の測定
リッチガスとリーンガスを1秒ごとに切り替えながら、この変動モデルガスを20℃/分の割合で上昇させつつ、耐久試験後の実施例1、2および比較例1、2の排ガス浄化用触媒に供給し、排ガス中のHC、CO、NOxのそれぞれが50%浄化されるときの温度を50%浄化温度として計測した。その結果を表2に示す。
実施例1、2および比較例1、2で得られた3回分の粉末(Pd含有ペロブスカイト型複合酸化物)を合成反応触媒として用いて、下記一般式(6)で示されるように、4−ブロモアニソールとフェニルボロン酸とを反応させた。
4−ブロモアニソール 2.24g(0.012モル)
フェニルボロン酸 2.19g(0.018モル)
炭酸カリウム 4.98g(0.036モル)
を、100mL容量の丸底フラスコに加え、溶剤として純水および2−メトキシ−1−プロパノールを各18mL加え、攪拌溶解した。この溶液に、実施例1、2および比較例1、2で得られたPd含有ペロブスカイト型複合酸化物6×10−5モル(Pdとして3×10−6モル、すなわち、4−ブロモアニソールに対しPdとして0.025モル%に相当)を添加して、マントルヒーターで加温し、100℃で10時間加熱還流した。
変換率(%)=4−メトキシビフェニル/4−ブロモアニソール+4−メトキシビフェニル(予め4−メトキシビフェニルと4−ブロモアニソールのトルエン溶液を個別に測定して相対感度を求め補正した。)
これらの結果を表3に示す。

- 下記一般式(1)で示されることを特徴とする、ペロブスカイト型複合酸化物。
AxB(1−y)PdyO3+δ (1)
(式中、Aは、希土類元素およびアルカリ土類金属から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、Bは、遷移元素(希土類元素およびPdを除く。)、AlおよびSiから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、xは、1<xの原子割合を示し、yは、0<y≦0.5の原子割合を示し、δは、酸素過剰分を示す。) - 下記一般式(2)で示されることを特徴とする、ペロブスカイト型複合酸化物。
(AaA′bA″c)(B1−(q+r)B′qPdr)O3+δ (2)
(式中、Aは、La、Nd、Yから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、A′は、希土類元素およびアルカリ土類金属から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素(La、Nd、Y、Ce、Pr、Tbを除く。)を示し、A″は、Ce、Pr、Tbから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、Bは、Mn、Fe、Co、Alから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、B′は、遷移元素(希土類元素、Mn、Fe、Co、Al、Pdを除く。)およびSiから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示す。また、
aは、0.5<a≦1.3の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、bは、0≦b<0.5の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、a+bは、1<a+b≦1.3の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、cは、0≦c≦0.2の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、qは、0≦q<0.5の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、rは、0<r≦0.5の数値範囲の原子割合を示し、δは、酸素過剰分を示す。) - 前記一般式(2)において、b、c、qの少なくともいずれかが、0であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のペロブスカイト型複合酸化物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のペロブスカイト型複合酸化物を含んでおり、排ガス浄化用触媒であることを特徴とする、触媒組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のペロブスカイト型複合酸化物を含んでおり、有機合成のカップリング反応触媒であることを特徴とする、触媒組成物。
- 下記一般式(1)で示されるペロブスカイト型複合酸化物の各原子割合に基づいて、原料を処方することを特徴とする、ペロブスカイト型複合酸化物の製造方法。
