Abstract

安価で、高温安定性に優れ、環境負荷が小さく、良好な結晶性を有する金属複合酸化物材料を提供することにある。 一般式ABO3(Aは酸素12配位金属元素、Bは酸素6配位金属元素である。)で表される金属複合酸化物粉末の製造方法であって、Aの元素を含む塩化物と、Bの元素を含む塩化物と、炭酸アルカリを含む水溶液とを下記の反応式で表すように反応させて沈殿物を生成し、この生成された沈殿物を焼成することを特徴とする製造方法により解決した。 (1-x)CaCl2+x・MCl3+(2+0.5x)Na2CO3→(1-x)CaCO3↓+0.5x・M2CO3↓+ MnCO3 ↓+(4+x)NaCl
