Claims (9)
- 複数の駆動部が選択的に駆動し記録動作を行うアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータの複数の駆動部を駆動するための駆動回路と、
前記駆動回路を有し、かつ、前記複数の駆動部の共通電位側に接続された第1の共通電位線および前記駆動回路の共通電位側に接続された第2の共通電位線を含む導線を有する配線材と、
前記第1の共通電位線と前記第2の共通電位線とを、接離可能に電気的に接続するための着脱可能な接離手段と、を設け、
前記配線材の、前記第1の共通電位線および第2の共通電位線が延びる方向の端部において、前記第1の共通電位線および前記第2の共通電位線の一部を前記配線材の外部に露出するように折り返したことを特徴とする記録ヘッド。 - 前記配線材は、その外面に、前記第1の共通電位線と電気的に接続される一方の導電層と、前記第2の共通電位線に電気的に接続される他方の導電層とを有し、前記接離手段は、両方の導電層に対して電気的に接離可能に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の記録ヘッド。
- 前記導電層は、前記配線材の表裏両面にそれぞれ設けられ、前記第1の共通電位線は、その表裏両面の一方の導電層に接続され、前記第2の共通電位線は、その表裏両面の他方の導電層に接続され、前記接離手段は、これら両面の導電層に跨るように着脱可能に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の記録ヘッド。
- 前記接離手段は、前記配線材の両面の導電層に跨るように接離可能に貼着された導電性テープであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の記録ヘッド。
- 前記接離手段は、前記配線材の両面の導電層を外方側から着脱可能に挟持する導電性を有する挟持具であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の記録ヘッド。
- 前記配線材中の導線は、前記第1および第2の共通電位線と、前記複数の駆動部の駆動を選択制御する信号線を含み、前記第1および第2の共通電位線が、前記配線材の幅方向の両縁側に沿って左右対称に配線されているとともに、前記信号線は、それらの内側に配線されており、前記第1の共通電位線および第2の共通電位線が接地されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の記録ヘッド。
- 前記接離手段は、前記配線材における前記アクチュエータと接続する部位から当該配線材の長手方向に離れた部位に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の記録ヘッド。
- 前記配線材は、前記アクチュータと接続されかつ前記駆動回路を塔載した第1の配線材と、その第1の配線材に接続された第2の配線材とからなり、その第2の配線材の少なくとも一方の端部において、前記第1の共通電位線および前記第2の共通電位線の一部を前記配線材の外部に露出させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の記録ヘッド。
- 前記アクチュエータは、圧電アクチュエータであって、その圧電アクチュエータの変位によって、インク滴を吐出して記録動作を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の記録ヘッド。
