Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態1における選別装置の模式図である。図2は実施の形態1における乾式洗浄装置13の斜視図である。この選別装置は、廃棄物、特に電気機器や自動車などに使用していた樹脂成形品を再資源としてリサイクルするために用いられる。
図7は本発明の実施の形態2による乾式洗浄装置113の断面図である。実施の形態1による洗浄装置13と同じ部分は同じ参照符号を付し、説明を省略する。
図8Aは本発明の実施の形態3における乾式洗浄装置213の縦断面図である。図8Bは図8Aに示す乾式洗浄装置213の線8B−8Bにおける横断面図である。実施の形態1による洗浄装置13と同じ部分は同じ参照符号を付し、説明を省略する。洗浄装置213は、連絡路32においてケーシング30の内側面30Aに突起55が設けられる。

Claims (6)
- 重量物と、前記重量物より比重の小さい軽量物との混合物から前記重量物を選別できる乾式洗浄装置であって、
略鉛直方向に延びる中心軸を有する筒状であって、前記中心軸に略平行の内側面を有するケーシングと、
突出する中央部を有する上面と、前記ケーシングの前記内側面に略平行に対向する部分を有する外側面とを有し、前記ケーシング内に設けられた内筒と、
前記内筒の下側に設けられた、前記重量物を回収する回収部と、
前記内筒の前記上面の上方に位置する開口を有し、前記混合物を前記内筒の前記上面の上方に投入する投入部と、
前記内筒の前記上面の下方で前記ケーシングに設けられ、前記ケーシングの前記内側面と前記内筒の前記外側面との間に空気を導入するための流入口と、
前記内筒の前記上面から上方でかつ前記投入部より下方であり、前記投入部が有する前記開口よりも上方となる位置で前記ケーシングに設けられ、前記ケーシングの前記内側面と前記内筒の前記外側面との間から空気と前記軽量物を排出できる排出口と、
を備え、
前記ケーシングの前記内側面は前記内筒の前記外側面の前記部分に対して略平行に対向する部分を有し、
前記内筒の前記外側面の前記部分と前記ケーシングの前記内側面の前記部分とは連絡路を形成し、前記内筒の前記中心軸方向の位置を変更して前記連絡路の前記中心軸の方向の長さを可変できる位置変更部をさらに備える乾式洗浄装置。 - 前記連絡路をなす前記ケーシングの前記内側面の前記部分と前記内筒の前記外側面の前記部分とのうちの少なくとも一方上に、前記中心軸に対して直角な面において、前記連絡路に流れる空気の流れを乱す突起を部分的に設ける請求項1に記載の乾式洗浄装置。
- 前記突起を複数設ける請求項2に記載の乾式洗浄装置。
- 前記突起の高さは互いに異なる請求項2または3に記載の乾式洗浄装置。
- 前記内筒の前記外側面の前記部分の前記中心軸の方向の長さは前記重量物の平均粒径の2倍以上である請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の乾式洗浄装置。
- 前記回収部に設けられた磁石をさらに備える請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の乾式洗浄装置。
