Description
市販のガラスマット(商品名:ホワイトロール、マグ社製)を実施例1と同様に処理し、さらに硬綿状のマット材を撥水加工した。
長さ51mmにカットしたEガラス繊維70%と、メタアラミド繊維(商品名:ノーメックス、デュポン製)を30%の割合で配合し、エアレイドにより目付250g/m2のウエブを形成した。この後に、リン系難燃剤を含んだポリエステル樹脂ディスパージョンを噴霧・浸透させて乾燥することにより、厚さ20mmであるレジンボンドのマット材を得た。ついで、得たマット材を無機用および有機用の撥水剤を併用して撥水加工した。
長さ51mmにカットしたステンレススチール繊維(商品名:ナスロン、日本精線製)を70%、メタアラミド繊維(商品名:ノーメックス、デュポン製)を15%、芯鞘型低融点ポリエステル繊維(商品名:サフメット、東レ製)を15%の割合で配合し、カーディングによって目付250g/m2のウエブを形成した。この後に、160℃で4分間熱処理することにより、厚さ20mmの硬綿状のマット材を得た。ついで、得たマット材を無機用および有機用の撥水剤を併用して撥水加工した。
10cm角以上の大きさのマット材サンプルを水平な架台の上に置き、ガスバーナーの炎が高さ50〜80mmであり、内炎の高さが10〜15mmとなるように調整して、この炎の約10mmの部分が架台上サンプルの下面に当たるように架台またはガスバーナーの高さを調整する。架台上のマット材サンプルのほぼ中央に、ガスバーナーの炎を5分間当てる。この5分間の間に、穴あきがなければ耐熱性は○と判定し、少しでも穴が開いたら×と判定する。また、この実験時に、マット材の背面に手をかざすことができれば断熱性を○、できなければ×と判定する。
Claims (9)
- 炎が高さ50〜80mmのガスバーナーを用い、内炎の高さが10〜15mmとなるように定め、この炎の約10mmの部分がサンプルの下面に当たるように調整し、ガスバーナーの炎を5分間当接する燃焼試験においてマット材に穴が開かず、この燃焼試験の際にマット背面に手をかざすことができる断熱吸音材であって、熱溶融温度が1000℃以上であって700〜800℃での長時間加熱で急激な強度低下または脆化を起こさない高耐熱性の無機繊維20〜80%と、熱溶融温度または熱分解温度が350℃以上である難燃性の有機繊維10〜60%と、次工程の熱処理で溶融する低融点の有機繊維10〜25%とを均一に混綿し、得た綿状素材を熱処理することによって全体をマット化した厚さ8〜50mmである高耐熱の断熱吸音材。
- 炎が高さ50〜80mmのガスバーナーを用い、内炎の高さが10〜15mmとなるように定め、この炎の約10mmの部分がサンプルの下面に当たるように調整し、ガスバーナーの炎を5分間当接する燃焼試験においてマット材に穴が開かず、この燃焼試験の際にマット背面に手をかざすことができる断熱吸音材であって、熱溶融温度が1000℃以上であって700〜800℃での長時間加熱で急激な強度低下または脆化を起こさない高耐熱性の無機繊維20〜80%と、熱溶融温度または熱分解温度が350℃以上である難燃性の有機繊維20〜80%とを均一に混綿し、得た綿状素材に耐熱性の樹脂バインダーを乾量で全量の10〜25%施し、該綿状素材を熱処理することによって全体をマット化した厚さ8〜50mmである高耐熱の断熱吸音材。
- 液状の撥水剤を綿状素材に添加することにより、該綿状素材に撥水性を付与する請求項1または2記載の断熱吸音材。
- 高耐熱性の無機繊維は、シリカ繊維、Sガラス繊維、炭化ケイ素繊維、ホウ素繊維、アルミナシリケート繊維、チタン酸アルカリ繊維およびセラミック繊維からなる群から少なくとも1種選択される請求項1または2記載の断熱吸音材。
- 高耐熱性の無機繊維がシリカ繊維である請求項4記載の断熱吸音材。
- 難燃性の有機繊維は、メタアラミド繊維、パラアラミド繊維、メラミン繊維、ポリベンゾオキサゾール繊維、ポリベンゾイミダゾール繊維、ポリベンゾチアゾール繊維、ポリアリレート繊維、ポリエーテルスルホン繊維、液晶ポリエステル繊維、ポリイミド繊維、ポリエーテルイミド繊維、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン繊維、ポリエーテルケトン繊維、ポリエーテルケトンケトン繊維またはポリアミドイミド繊維からなる群から少なくとも1種選択される請求項1または2記載の断熱吸音材。
- 原料繊維を混綿する前に、あらかじめ撥水剤、難燃剤および撥水剤と難燃剤の混合剤からなる群から選択された薬剤で処理する請求項1または2記載の断熱吸音材。
