Description
経皮治療システム(TTS)は活性物質または薬剤を含んだパッチであり、そういうものとして市場に導入された。皮膚を介して長時間にわたり薬理学的な活性物質の制御可能な放出を提供する能力のために、それらは、他の薬剤形態に対し様々な利点を有している。
これらの理由により、TTSは通常、二重の積層から構成されるシールバッグ(sealed bag)として知られるものに包装されている。該積層は、少なくとも2つの、しかし一般的には3つ以上の層を有する。
これは、好ましくは、シール性層に、不粘着コーティングとしてシリコーン膜またはシリコーン層を、例えばシリコーン膜の形態で提供することにより達成される。記載の対策の結果は、シール性層に不粘着性の(または粘着防止性の)表面を与えるということである。不粘着性にコートされた層がシール性であり続けるためには、シリコーン層の厚さは、可能な限り小さくなければならない。驚くべきことに、このようにコートされたシール性層のシールが可能であることが見出された。ただし、シリコーン層の厚さは10μmより大きくなく、好ましくは5μmより小さい。
バリア層及び不粘着性にコートされたシール性層のほかに、包装用積層体の形態の本発明のパッキング材料は、追加の層をさらにまた含んでもよいが、不粘着性内層は常にパックの内壁を形成する。
図1において、(1)は積層の1つまたは2つ以上の外層を、(2)はバリア層を、(3)はシール層を、そして(4)はシール層に適用する不粘着層または不粘着膜を示す。
1つの好ましい製造方法はシール層を製造するために使用した原料物質を事前に作製したバリア層または中間基材に、剪断、溶剤または熱を用いて塗布することを想定している。これは、様々な知られた塗布技術によって実現することができる。
シリコーンは、1成分シリコーン溶液、2成分シリコーン溶液、シリコーンオイルおよび/または他のポリマー(例えば、ポリブチレン、ポリイソブチレン)とブレンドされたシリコーン含有溶液の形態で使用してもよい。さらに、シリコーンの代わりに、他の不粘着ポリマー、例えばフルオロエチレンポリマーを使用することが可能である。
形成された不粘着層は、好ましくは10μmより小さい厚さを有する。5μmより小さい厚さが特に好ましい。
例により描かれているのは、多層性包装用積層体の形態の本発明のパッキング材料であり、層は断面で示してある。
(1)は、パッキング材料の形態の積層の1つまたは2つ以上の外層を示す。この目的に好適な材料は、例えば、紙、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)またはポリエチレン膜である。
(3)は、シール層を示す。好適な原料物質の例は、ポリウレタン、サーリン(Surlyn:登録商標)(一般名称:ポリ(エチレン−コ−メタクリル酸))、PE、ポリアクリルニトリル(略語:PAN)、およびバレックス(Barex:登録商標)(一般名称:アクリルニトリルメタクリレートコポリマー)である。
(4)は、シール層に塗布された不粘着層または不粘着膜を示す。これは、好ましくは、連続したシリコーン膜またはシリコーン層で、厚さが好ましくは5μmより小さいものである。
Claims (20)
- 経皮治療システムをパッキングするための包装用積層体形状のパッキング材料であって、少なくとも
シール性層、および
ガス、空気、水蒸気及び/または水分に実質的に不透性であるバリア層
を含み、シール性層には、シリコーン膜またはシリコーン層またはフルオロエチレンポリマー層であり、該シール性層全体に拡がった連続した不粘着層であり、厚みが10μmより小さい不粘着層が提供される、前記パッキング材料。 - 不粘着層が、5μmより小さい厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のパッキング材料。
- 不粘着層が、フルオロエチレンポリマー層である、請求項1または2に記載のパッキング材料。
- 包装用積層体が、シール性層、不粘着層および不透性バリア層に加えて、さらなる層を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパッキング材料。
- 包装用積層体が、さらなる層として、シール性層と不粘着層との間に存在するさらなる膜を有する、請求項4に記載のパッキング材料。
- 包装用積層体が、さらなる層として、不透性バリア層に、シール性層と反対側に積層された1つまたは2つ以上の外層を有する、請求項4または5に記載のパッキング材料。
- 外層が、紙、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)およびポリエチレン膜からなる群から選択される材料から作られている、請求項6に記載のパッキング材料。
- シール性層が、ポリウレタン、ポリ(エチレン−コ−メタクリル酸)、ポリアクリルニトリル(PAN)およびアクリルニトリルメタクリレートコポリマーからなる群から選択される原料物質から提供される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のパッキング材料。
- バリア層が、アルミニウム箔である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のパッキング材料。
- 不粘着層が、ポリブチレンおよびポリイソブチレンから選択されるポリマーとブレンドされたシリコーン含有溶液から提供される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のパッキング材料。
- 2つの請求項1で定義された包装用積層体を気密エッジシールすることにより製造された経皮治療システムのためのパックであって、包装用積層体のシール性層に請求項1で定義された不粘着層が、該シール性層の全域に拡がって提供され、2つの包装用積層体が、エッジ領域において、その不粘着性にコートされたシール性層が対向するように一緒にシールされている、前記パック。
- 1つの包装用積層体の不粘着性にコートされたシール性層が、他の請求項1で定義された構成を有する包装用積層体の不粘着性にコートされたシール性層と、熱によってシールされている、請求項11に記載のパック。
- 一緒にシールされた2つの包装用積層体の間に経皮治療システム(TTS)が封入され、結果としてTTSがシール性層の不粘着表面の間に存在するようになる、請求項11または12に記載のパック。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のパッキング材料を製造するための方法であって、ここで連続したプロセスによって、少なくとも1つのシール性層と1つの不透性バリア層が製造され、該方法がシール性層に、該シール性層全域に拡がる請求項1で定義された不粘着層を提供することを含む、前記方法。
- シール層を製造するために用いられた原料物質を、剪断、溶剤または熱を使用して、事前に作成したバリア層に塗布する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 不粘着層が、スプレー塗布によって提供される、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 不粘着層が、1成分シリコーン溶液、2成分シリコーン溶液またはシリコーン油から提供される、請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 不粘着層が、ポリブチレンおよびポリイソブチレンから選択されるポリマーとブレンドされたシリコーン含有溶液から提供される、請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項5に記載のパッキング材料を製造するための方法であって、シール性層を提供するために用いられる原料物質を、中間的基剤層に剪断、溶剤または熱を使用して塗布し、ここで該中間的基材層がシール性層と不粘着層との間に存在するさらなる膜を形成する、前記方法。
- 経皮治療システムをパッキングするための方法であって、TTSが上下に位置する2つの包装用積層体の間に熱を用いてシールされ、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の包装用積層体を使用すること含み、そして、シール層の不粘着表面が包装されたTTSに対向するようにシールすることを含み、2つの包装用積層体がその不粘着性にコートされたシール性層が対向するように、そのエッジでシールされる、前記方法。
