Description
(1)主動側ギア体とこれに噛み合う従動側ギア体とを備え、
(2)両ギア体共に外周の一部を無歯部分としていると共に、
(3)両ギア体の接点箇所に、主動側ギア体の無歯部分におけるその回転先頭端が至ったときにこの接点箇所に従動側ギア体の無歯部分が位置され、
かつ、両ギア体の接点箇所に、主動側ギア体の無歯部分におけるその回転後尾端の次ぎに位置される主動側ギア体の歯が至ったときに、この主動側ギア体の歯が従動側ギア体の無歯部分に隣り合う歯に噛み合うように、両ギア体を組み合わせている。
両ギア体1、2の接点箇所Sに、主動側ギア体1の無歯部分13bにおけるその回転先頭端xが至ったときにこの接点箇所Sに従動側ギア体2の無歯部分22が位置され、(図2)
かつ、両ギア体1、2の接点箇所Sに、主動側ギア体1の無歯部分13bにおけるその回転後尾端yの次ぎに位置される主動側ギア体1の歯が至ったときに、この主動側ギア体1の歯が従動側ギア体2の無歯部分22に隣り合う歯に噛み合うように、(図3)組み合わせている。

Claims (2)
- 主動側ギア体とこれに噛み合う従動側ギア体とを備え、
両ギア体共に外周の一部を無歯部分としていると共に、
両ギア体の接点箇所に、主動側ギア体の無歯部分におけるその回転先頭端が至ったときにこの接点箇所に従動側ギア体の無歯部分が位置され、
かつ、両ギア体の接点箇所に、主動側ギア体の無歯部分におけるその回転後尾端の次ぎに位置される主動側ギア体の歯が至ったときに、この主動側ギア体の歯が従動側ギア体の無歯部分に隣り合う歯に噛み合うように、
両ギア体を組み合わせており、
しかも、主動側ギア体の無歯部分が接点箇所に位置されるときに、この主動側ギア体の無歯部分と従動側ギア体の無歯部分とが接し合わないようになっていると共に、
従動側ギア体を、ローター体とステーター体とを備えると共にローター体の回転への抵抗付与手段を備えてなるダンパー装置のこのローター体に備えさせて構成されていることを特徴とするクラッチ機構。 - 主動側ギア体の無歯部分及び従動側ギア体の無歯部分のいずれもが、この主動側ギア体のピッチ円に略沿った弧状面となっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクラッチ機構。
