Claims (8)
- 巻取り炉(1)であって、熱間圧延されているストリップ(2)が、往復して移送中にそれぞれ可逆的に炉内部(4)の炉内マンドレル(3)に巻き取り及び巻き戻しされるか、或いは巻き取り及び巻き戻しされて加熱され、巻取り炉(1)の可動式焚口戸(5)には、圧延ストリップ(2)を通すか、案内するか、或いは通して案内するための送り台(6)が取り付けられており、焚口戸(5)と巻取り炉(1)が別個の構造体であり、焚口戸(5)が、圧延パスフレーム(7)における巻取り炉(1)の下方に有る部分上に配置されており、焚口戸(5)が、少なくとも二つの互いに開閉可能な部材(8,9)に分割されており、これら二つの開閉部材(8,9)が、開閉用軸受(10)を介して連結されるとともに、旋回可能な形に構成されている巻取り炉において、
巻取り炉(1)が、炉内部(4)に、ただ一つの炉内ロール(11)を備えていることと、
一方の開閉部材(8)が、その外側端部に平面軸受(19)を備えており、その平面軸受には、調整部材(18)を備えたカバープレート(17)が連結され、そのカバープレート(17)上に送り台(6)が取り付けられており、調整部材(18)を用いて、平面軸受(19)の周りにカバープレート(17)を回転させることが可能であることと、
を特徴とする巻取り炉。 - この巻取り炉(1)がステッケル圧延機用の巻取り炉(1)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻取り炉(1)。
- 炉内ロール(11)が、ロール外被(12)とロール軸(13)から成る形態で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の巻取り炉(1)。
- ロール外被(12)が、耐熱材料から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の巻取り炉(1)。
- ロール軸(13)が、内部冷却機器を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の巻取り炉(1)。
- 炉内ロール(11)が、炉内マンドレル(3)の回転の中心(14)の上方において、圧延ストリップ(2)上に載る形態で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の巻取り炉(1)。
- 炉内ロール(11)が、駆動される形態で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の巻取り炉(1)。
- 炉内ロール(11)の駆動部が、電気モータ又は流体モータとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の巻取り炉(1)。
