Abstract
【解決手段】この発明は、両側でそれぞれ一つの炉リール(9、10)が付属されて、炉リール(9、10)とステッケル圧延スタンド(8)の間には駆動体(17、18)が付属される可逆ステッケル圧延スタンド(8)により帯状材を熱間圧延する方法に関する。特に薄く熱い帯状材を切り取りできるために、帯状材がステッケル圧延スタンド(8)における可逆圧延中に一つの駆動手段(17)とステッケル圧延スタンド(8)の間に配置されている唯一つの浮動クロップシャー(20)によって切り取られる。クロップシャーは特にドラムナイフ・クロップシャーである。

Claims (11)
- 圧延品が一つのステッケル圧延スタンド(8)において可逆圧延され、そしてステッケル圧延スタンド(8)のそれぞれ一方の側面に配置されている炉リール(9、10)の間では、それぞれ炉リール(9、10)とステッケル圧延スタンド(8)の間に配置されている駆動手段(17、18)によって搬送される、帯状材を熱間圧延する方法において、帯状材はステッケル圧延スタンド(8)における可逆圧延中に一つの駆動手段(17)とステッケル圧延スタンド(8)の間に配置されている唯一つの浮動クロップシャー(20)によって切り取られることを特徴とする方法。
- ステッケル圧延スタンド(8)において切り取られた帯状材が2mmの最終帯状材厚さに、そしてより薄く圧延されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1或いは2に記載の方法を実施するために、両側でそれぞれに一つの炉リール(9、10)が付属され、炉リール(9、10)とステッケル圧延スタンド(8)の間に一つの駆動手段(17、18)が付属された可逆ステッケル圧延スタンド(8)並びに切り取られるシャーにより、帯状材を熱間圧延する装備において、唯一つの浮動クロップシャー(20)が一つの駆動手段(17)とステッケル圧延スタンド(8)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする装備。
- クロップシャー(20)は帯状材を浮動切断する一つの上下調整可能ナイフドラム(28a,b)をもつドラムナイフークロップシャーであり、それぞれのナイフドラム(28a,b)は圧延作動中の帯状材から遠く離れた位置と切断位置の間に調整できることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装備。
- 遠く離れた位置に移行されるそれぞれのナイフドラム(28a,b)と間隔を置いた帯状材との間の中間室において一つの熱保護シールド(41a,b)が旋回できることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装備。
- 下ナイフドラム(28b)の下熱保護シールド(41b)が帯状材用の少なくとも一つの支持ロール(47)を備えており、その支持ロールは熱保護シールド(41b)の旋回された状態において貫通の際の帯状材のたるみを阻止することを特徴とする請求項4或いは5に記載の装備。
- 冷却装置は冷却媒体によってそれぞれのナイフドラムを冷却するために設けられ、上ナイフドラム(28a)の上熱保護シールド(41a)は同時に冷却媒体収集みぞと帯状材の保護体として役立つことを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装備。
- それぞれ旋回可能な熱保護シールド(41a,b)がそれぞれのナイフドラム(28a,b)の軸に支承されていることを特徴とする請求項4乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装備。
- ナイフドラム(28a,b)は上下屈曲レバーシステム(24−27a,b)によって旋回された圧延位置と設置された切断位置とに旋回できることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装備。
- 上下屈曲レバーシステム(24−27a,b)は閉鎖されたシャーフレーム(32)に集約されて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装備。
- 直接にクロップシャー(20)の傍に限定するローラテーブル範囲がシャーを通して帯状材を搬送するために二つのそれぞれに独立した旋回可能なローラテーブルユニット(42、43)によって形成され、切り取り端を誘導するためにそれぞれのローラテーブルユニット(42、43)は水平線から旋回できるので、切断された切り取り端がローラテーブルユニット(42、43)を通る障害なしに自由に下方へ落とすことができ、引き続いてローラテーブルユニット(42、43)がさらに事前の旋回作用を維持しながら水平線まで旋回できることを特徴とする請求項3乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装備。
