Description
Claims (3)
- 基板上に溶解可能な樹脂で液体流路の形状を形成する工程と、
前記基板及び前記溶解可能な樹脂で形成された液体流路の形状の上に撥液膜を形成する工程と、
前記溶解可能な樹脂で形成された液体流路の形状の前記基板に接していない側の角部に加熱処理によって丸みを付ける工程と、
前記加熱処理の後に前記基板及び前記溶解可能な樹脂で形成された液体流路の形状の上に形成された撥液膜を除去する工程と、
前記撥液膜が除去された前記基板及び前記溶解可能な樹脂で形成された液体流路の形状の上に被覆樹脂層を形成する工程と、
前記被覆樹脂層をパターニングする工程と、
前記溶解可能な樹脂層を溶出する工程と、
を少なくとも含むことを特徴とする液体吐出ヘッドの流路基板の製造方法。 - 前記溶解可能な樹脂層にポジレジストを用い、前記撥液膜にフルオロアルキルシランを用いるとともに、前記撥液膜の除去に真空紫外線を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体吐出ヘッドの流路基板の製造方法。
- 基板上に液体流路の形状が形成される場所の周辺に前記液体流路に沿った溝または壁を形成する工程と、
前記基板上に溶解可能な樹脂で液体流路の形状を形成する工程と、
前記基板及び前記溶解可能な樹脂で形成された液体流路の形状の上に撥液膜を形成する工程と、
前記溶解可能な樹脂で形成された液体流路の形状の前記基板に接していない側の角部に加熱処理によって丸みを付ける工程と、
前記加熱処理の後に前記基板及び前記溶解可能な樹脂で形成された液体流路の形状の上に形成された撥液膜を除去する工程と、
前記撥液膜が除去された前記基板及び前記溶解可能な樹脂で形成された液体流路の形状の上に被覆樹脂層を形成する工程と、
前記被覆樹脂層をパターニングする工程と、
前記溶解可能な樹脂層を溶出する工程と、
を少なくとも含むことを特徴とする液体吐出ヘッドの流路基板の製造方法。
