Description
その一方、光学機器等の精密機器の分野では、きわめて高精度な位置制御が要求されることが多い。
このため、特許文献1では、目標位置からある程度離れている状態では位置制御に対して不感帯を付加し、目標位置近くにおいては該不感帯を除去して高精度な位置制御が行えるようにする技術が提案されている。

Claims (2)
- フォーカスレンズの目標位置を設定する目標位置設定手段と、
前記フォーカスレンズの位置を検出する位置検出手段と、
前記目標位置と前記フォーカスレンズの検出位置の差である位置偏差を算出する減算手段と、
前記位置偏差に基づいて前記フォーカスレンズの駆動をフィードバック制御し、前記位置検出手段により検出された前記フォーカスレンズの位置を前記目標位置に近づける制御手段と、を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記位置偏差が所定範囲内である場合は前記フォーカスレンズを駆動しない制御を行い、前記位置偏差が前記所定範囲外である場合は前記フォーカスレンズを前記目標位置に近づける制御を行い、
前記制御手段は、前記フォーカスレンズの駆動に関する制御モードに応じて前記所定範囲を変更し、
前記制御モードは、マニュアルフォーカスモードとオートフォーカスモードとを含み、
前記オートフォーカスモードは、合焦方向判定モード、合焦位置探索モードおよび合焦位置判定モードを含み、
前記制御手段は、前記合焦位置判定モード、前記合焦方向判定モード、前記合焦位置探索モード、前記マニュアルフォーカスモードの順で前記所定範囲を大きく設定することを特徴とする光学機器。 - 絞りと撮像素子とを含み、
前記絞りのFナンバーをF、前記撮像素子の許容錯乱円径をδとしたとき、前記所定範囲の最大値はFδよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学機器。
