Claims (10)
- 電力増幅器回路は、
入力において増幅されるべき信号を受け取り、且つ、出力において増幅された信号を出力するトランジスタ(502、210)と、
包絡線変調された電源装置(514)であって、前記トランジスタの出力に接続されて、前記トランジスタへ変調された電源を供給する、電源装置と、
前記トランジスタ(502、210)のコンデンサ(206)と前記変調された電源装置(514)の電源供給のインダクタンス(522)とを含む共振回路網であって、前記共振回路網は前記トランジスタ(502、210)に対して供給インピーダンスを与え、動作周波数の範囲内のある周波数において、前記トランジスタ(502、210)に対する前記供給インピーダンスが前記共振回路網により増大する、共振回路網と、
を含み、
前記電力増幅器回路は抵抗素子(424、536)をさらに含み、前記抵抗素子は前記トランジスタ(502、210)の出力に接続され、それにより、前記トランジスタ(502、210)に対する前記供給インピーダンスは、
(i)第1の共振回路網のインピーダンスと、
(ii)前記抵抗素子(424、536)のインピーダンスと、
の合成となり、
それにより、前記トランジスタ(502、210)に対する前記供給インピーダンスが動作周波数の範囲にわたって安定する、

- 前記抵抗素子(424、536)と直列に接続されたリアクタンス素子(422、534、420、532)を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電力増幅器回路。
- 前記リアクタンス素子(422、534、420、532)が、容量素子(422、534)、又は容量素子と直列にあるインダクタンス素子(420、532)を含む、請求項3に記載の電力増幅器回路。
- 前記インダクタンス素子(420、532)が、前記回路の導電素子を含む、請求項4に記載の電力増幅器回路。
- 前記回路の前記導電素子が、導電トラック又はボンド・ワイヤの一部を含む、請求項5に記載の電力増幅器。
- 前記インダクタンス素子(420、532)が、インダクタを含む、請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電力増幅器。
- 前記インダクタンス素子(420、532)が、前記変調された電源装置の前記電源供給インダクタンスを含む、請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電力増幅器。
- 前記容量素子(422、534)が、コンデンサを含む、請求項4乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電力増幅器。
- 前記増幅されるべき信号が、無線周波数信号である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の電力増幅器。
