Description
(i)圧電材料の高い出力密度、これによっていっそう小さい寸法をもつコンパクトなトランスの構造が実現され、殊に電磁トランスよりも小さい厚さが実現される。
(ii)エネルギー損失が少なくなり、したがってトランスの効率が高まる。電磁トランスとは異なり、圧電トランスは1次側と2次側に配線がなく、それゆえ誘導電流や金属における表皮効果など配線に起因する損失が生じない。
(iii)信頼性の増大。これは配線が存在しないことから1次側と2次側が短絡するリスクが低減することと関係している。
(iv)圧電トランスによって電磁的なノイズが発生せず、したがって磁界の影響を受けやすい隣接回路に妨害が及ぼされない。
Claims (8)
- 圧電トランスにおいて、
一般組成Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O3を有しており、ZrまたはTiの部分が、Mn 2+ ,Fe 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Mg 2+ およびLi 1+ から選ばれている低い原子価のカチオンである、アクセプタ添加物を伴うハードな圧電セラミックス材料を含む少なくとも2つのセラミックス層と、該2つのセラミックス層の間に配置された電極層が設けられており、該電極層は銅を含有することを特徴とする圧電トランス。 - 請求項1記載のトランスにおいて、
セラミックスのグリーンシートによって製造されており、該グリーンシートは熱により加水分解可能な結合剤を含有することを特徴とするトランス。 - 請求項2記載のトランスにおいて、
前記結合剤はポリウレタン分散液であることを特徴とするトランス。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載のトランスにおいて、
Pbの部分がAg 1+ の低い原子価のカチオンである、アクセプタ添加物を伴うことを特徴とするトランス。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載のトランスにおいて、
内部の電極はスクリーン印刷によって製造されていることを特徴とするトランス。 - 一般組成Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O3を有しており、ZrまたはTiの部分が、Mn 2+ ,Fe 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Mg 2+ およびLi 1+ から選ばれている低い原子価のカチオンである、アクセプタ添加物を伴うハードな圧電セラミックスを不活性雰囲気内で焼結させることを特徴とする、トランスの製造方法。
- 請求項6記載のトランスの製造方法において、
銅の融点より低い温度でセラミックスを焼結させることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項6または7記載のトランスの製造方法において、
ハードな圧電セラミックスを内部に配置された銅電極といっしょに焼結させることを特徴とする方法。
