Claims (3)
- 第1 のチャンバを画成する第1の壁と第2のチャンバを画成する第2の壁とを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内で前記第1と第2のチャンバ間に配置され、前記第1と第2のチャンバ間の差圧を受けて所定の移動軸(X)に沿って移動可能な可動部をもつダイアフラムと、
前記可動部に弾性的な反力を加える弾性反力部材と、
前記可動部の前記移動軸に沿った位置に応じた電気信号を出力するトランスデューサと
を備え、
前記弾性反力部材が、
前記可動部に接触し、前記可動部と一緒に移動可能な接触部と、
前記接触部に接続された遊動端と、前記ハウジングに接続された固定端とをもつ板状又は線状のバネと
を有し、
前記バネは、J字形状に形成されており、前記遊動端から湾曲部まで第1方向へ伸び、さらに前記湾曲部から前記固定端まで第2方向へ伸びており、
前記第1方向と前記第2方向が、前記移動軸に直交する2次元座標平面(Y-Z)上で互いに鈍角をなすように配置され、
前記固定端から前記湾曲部までの長さが、前記湾曲部から前記遊動端までの長さより長くなっており、
前記弾性反力部材が、前記接触部に共通に接続された前記遊動端をそれぞれもつ複数の前記バネを有し、
前記複数のバネ中の各一つのバネと別の少なくとも一つのバネの前記接触部からそれぞれ伸びる方向が、前記2次元座標平面上で互いに鈍角をなすように、前記複数のバネが配置された差圧センサ。 - 請求項1記載の差圧センサにおいて、
前記複数のバネが、前記接触部について対称に配置された差圧センサ。 - 請求項1記載の差圧センサにおいて、
前記第1のチャンバは低圧チャンバであり、前記第2のチャンバは高圧チャンバであり、
前記弾性反力部材が、前記低圧チャンバ内に配置され、
前記弾性反力部材が、前記バネとは別の、前記接触部に接続された枝部を更に有し、
前記トランスデューサは、
前記枝部に取り付けられた移動子と、
前記低圧及び高圧チャンバの外に配置され、前記移動子の位置を、前記低圧チャンバの壁を介し非接触的に検出する検出素子と
を有し、
前記複数のバネの各々が、J 字形状に形成され、
前記複数のバネの各々が、前記遊動端から湾曲部まで第1方向へ伸び、さらに前記湾曲部から前記固定端まで第2方向へ伸びており、前記固定端から前記湾曲部までの長さが、前記湾曲部から前記遊動端までの長さより長くなっており、
前記複数のバネが、前記接触部について対称に配置された差圧センサ。
