Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体内をダイアフラムで二分し、該ダイアフラ
    ムの上方には圧力導入口に連通する気密室を、下
    方には作動室を設け、気密室内の圧力によりダイ
    アフラムを介して上下動するピストンを、放射状
    に多数のバネ片を有した一対の環状バネ板で上下
    動可能に作動室内に支持し、この作動室内に設け
    たストツパーと係止する係止部を該ピストンに設
    け、この作動室の下方には永久磁石により出力電
    圧を変化させる磁気抵抗体を取付け、この磁気抵
    抗体に対向させて先端に永久磁石を有した可動片
    を下方からバネで弾発させて枢動可能に取付け、
    この可動片の上面に前記ピストンの下部を掛止さ
    せて成る圧力変換器。
