Claims (11)
- 歯面(4,5,6;22)中で歯元領域(7,8,9;23)の上方の歯面(4,5,6;22)がインボリュートに形成された複数の歯(2,3;19)を有してなり、
歯元作用点(15,16,17;23)と歯底点(F)との間に延在する歯面(4,5,6;22)の歯元領域(7,8,9;23)が垂直断面内で見て楕円形状に形成されていて前記歯元作用点(15,16,17;23)において歯面(4,5,6;22)のインボリュート領域に対して接線方向に接続するとともに前記歯底点(F)においては歯底円(FKS)に対して接線方向に接合してなる歯車の歯構成(1)であり、
垂直断面内で見て歯面(4,5,6;22)がその歯元領域(7,8,9;23)においてそれぞれ異なった長さの半軸(a,b)からなる楕円形(10,11,12;E)の断片(B)に実質的に沿ったものとなり、前記楕円形(10,11,12;E)の半軸(a,b)の1つが0°超90°未満の楕円傾斜角アルファをもって前記歯底点(F)を介する放射線(R)に対して傾斜するとともに、歯構成の歯(2,3;19)の歯面(4,5,6;22)が各歯(2,3;19)を軸方向において分割する対称面(A)に関して互いに対称に形成されることを特徴とする歯構成。 - 楕円形(10,11,12;E)の2つの半軸(a,b)のうちの長い半軸(a)が0°<アルファ<90°の楕円傾斜角アルファをもって歯底点(F)を介する放射線(R)から歯面(4,5,6;22)に向かって傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の歯構成。
- 楕円形(10,11,12;E)の半軸(a,b)ならびに楕円傾斜角度アルファは、歯先領域内において歯面(4,5,6;22)に垂直に作用する所与の応力下において歯の歯元領域内の最大圧力が最小化されるように選択することを特徴とする請求項1記載の歯構成。
- 隣接する2本の歯(2,3)の互いに向かい合った歯面(5,6)の歯元領域(8,9)がその中間に何らスペースをおかずに直接相互に接線方向に交接することを特徴とする請求項1記載の歯構成。
- 歯車が平歯車であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の歯車。
- 平歯車が直線歯切りされたものであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の歯車。
- 歯車が傘歯車(18)であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の歯車。
- 傘歯車が直線歯切りされたものであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の歯車。
- 楕円形(E)の半軸aおよびbの長さおよび/または楕円傾斜角アルファがピッチ円錐距離にわたって変化することを特徴とする請求項7記載の歯車。
- 歯構成の軸方向の長さの少なくとも一部にわたって楕円傾斜角アルファおよび半軸長さ比a/bが一定であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の歯車。
- 請求項5ないし10のいずれかに記載の2つの歯車からなる歯車ペア。
