Abstract

Зубчатый венец (1) зубчатого колеса содержит множество зубьев (2,3;19), боковые поверхности (4,5,6;22) которых выше области (7,8,9;23) основания зубьев выполнены эвольвентными. В нормальном сечении область (7,8,9;23) основания боковых поверхностей (4,5,6;22) зубьев, которая проходит между граничной точкой (15,16,17;23) основания и точкой (F) впадины, выполнена эллиптической и в граничной точке (15,16,17;24) соединена по касательной с эвольвентной областью боковой поверхности (4,5,6;22) зуба, а в точке (F) впадины прилегает по касательной к окружности (FKS) впадин. В нормальном сечении боковая поверхность (4,5,6:22) зуба в области (7,8,9;23) основания зуба по существу соответствует части (В) эллипса (10,11,12; Е) с полуосями (а, b) разной длины, одна из которых наклонена под углом α, который больше 0° и меньше 90°, к радиальной линии (R), проходящей через точку (F) впадины. Боковые поверхности (4,5,6;22) зубьев (2,3;:19) симметричны друг другу относительно плоскости (А) симметрии, разделяющей соответствующий зуб (2,3;19) в осевом направлении.
