カルシウムアルミネートA:C12A7組成の非晶質カルシウムアルミネートを主体、CaO48%、Al2O352%、ブレーン比表面積6,000cm2/g
カルシウムアルミネートB:CA組成の非晶質カルシウムアルミネートを主体、CaO35%、Al2O363%、SiO2等2%、ブレーン比表面積6,000cm2/g
カルシウムアルミネートC:C3A組成の非晶質カルシウムアルミネートを主体、CaO61%、Al2O337%、SiO2等2%、ブレーン比表面積6,000cm2/g
カルシウムアルミネートD:C12A7組成の結晶質カルシウムアルミネートを主体、CaO47%、Al2O351%、SiO2等2%、ブレーン比表面積6,000cm2/g
カルシウムアルミネートE:C2.5A組成の非晶質カルシウムアルミネートを主体、CaO56%、Al2O342%、SiO2等2%、ブレーン比表面積値6,000cm2/g

凝結遅延剤:クエン酸ナトリウム、市販品
亜硝酸塩:亜硝酸リチウム水溶液、固形分40%、市販品
硬化時間:吹付け組成物をカップ内で手練りしてから刷毛で塗れなくなるまでの時間を測定した。
圧縮強度:JIS R 5201に準拠し、4cm×4cm×16cmの直方体の供試体を用いて測定した。
防錆性:JHS 415(日本道路公団規格、鉄筋防錆材の品質規格試験方法)の防錆性試験の方法に準拠した。鋼材の錆び、ふくれ、はがれ、われが無いかを確認した。錆び、ふくれ、はがれ、われが相当ある場合を×、少しある場合を△、ない場合を×とした。
アミン:トリエタノールアミン、市販品
タングステン酸塩:タングステン酸カリウム、市販品
モリブデン酸塩:モリブデン酸カリウム、市販品
セメント:普通ポルトランドセメント、市販品
無機微粉末:シリカフューム、市販品、BET比表面積10m2/g
ポリマー:酢酸ビニル−ベオバ−アクリル共重合体、市販品
付着強度:厚さ0.8mm×縦150mm×横70mmの鋼板(JIS G 3141 SPCC−SB)を紙やすりで磨き、内径50mm×厚さ10mmの塩ビ管を中心に固定し、吹付け組成物をその内部に厚さ5mm程度となるように充填した。それを温度20℃、湿度60%で28日間養生し付着強度を測定した。付着強度は建研式で測定した。
断面修復材:ポリマーセメントモルタル、市販品
防錆成分濃度:断面修復材を充填して硬化した円柱状試験体を鉄筋軸方向に割裂し、中心部に埋め込んだ鉄筋表面部を暴露し、その鉄筋表面から5〜10mmの間の断面修復部のモルタルをタガネではつり取り、採取した。採取したモルタルを微粉砕し、熱水処理し、有効成分を抽出し、下記方法で有効成分濃度を測定した。
亜硝酸塩の場合はイオンクロマトグラフィー法により亜硝酸イオン濃度を測定した。
アミン塩の場合は液体クロマトグラフィー法によりアミン濃度を測定した。
タングステン酸塩とモリブデン酸塩はイオンクロマトグラフィー法によりカリウムイオン濃度を測定した。
防錆材料A:亜硝酸リチウム40%水溶液、市販品
防錆材料B:トリエタノールアミン、試薬1級
防錆材料C:セメントペースト、タングステン酸カリウムをセメント100部に対して1.0部含有
防錆材料D:セメントペースト、モリブデン酸カリウムをセメント100部に対して1.0部含有
防錆材料E:セメントペースト、亜硝酸リチウムをセメント100部に対して固形分で1.0部含有
Claims (4)
- 亜硝酸塩、アミン、モリブデン酸又はその塩、及びタングステン酸又はその塩から選ばれる1種以上、カルシウムアルミネート中CaO56〜39%及びAl2O342〜59%を含有し、かつ、ブレーン値で6,000cm2/g以上であるカルシウムアルミネートと、セッコウと、凝結遅延剤と、結合材100部に対して70〜100部の水を含有する吹付けペーストを鋼材に吹付けることを特徴とする防錆処理方法。
- セメント及び/又は無機微粉末を含有する請求項1記載の防錆処理方法。
- ポリマーを含有する請求項1又は請求項2記載の防錆処理方法。
- 凝結遅延剤としてクエン酸ナトリウムを含有し、ポリマーとして酢酸ビニル−ベオバ−アクリル共重合体を含有し、無機微粉末としてシリカフュームを含有する請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の防錆処理方法。
