Claims (20)
- 以下のもの:
・少なくとも2個の不飽和結合を有する不飽和ポリオルガノシロキサン、
・少なくとも2個のケイ素−水素結合を有するヒドロゲノポリオルガノシロキサン、
・ヒドロシリル化触媒及びシリカ
を含む液状シリコーンエラストマー組成物であって、
・少なくとも2個の不飽和結合を有する液状不飽和有機ポリマー、及び
・該不飽和有機ポリマーを架橋させるための架橋剤
をさらに含むこと、並びに
該組成物が前記液状不飽和有機ポリマーを樹脂100重量部当たり1〜10重量部含むこと
を特徴とする、前記液状シリコーンエラストマー組成物。 - 前記不飽和ポリオルガノシロキサン及び前記液状不飽和有機ポリマーが2種の異なるタイプのポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記架橋剤が、前記不飽和有機ポリマーと前記ヒドロゲノポリオルガノシロキサンとの間の相互作用がどのようであろうと、前記液状不飽和有機ポリマーがシリコーンマトリックス内で架橋することを保証する働きをするように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記不飽和有機ポリマーが前記架橋剤との組合せにおいて架橋後に補強用充填剤の働きをするノジュールを作り出すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記不飽和有機ポリマーが少なくとも2個のペンダントタイプの不飽和結合を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記不飽和有機ポリマーが少なくとも1個のビニル基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記不飽和有機ポリマーが0.5Pa・s〜1000Pa・sの範囲の粘度を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記不飽和有機ポリマーがエラストマータイプのものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記不飽和ポリオルガノシロキサンが少なくとも2個のペンダントタイプの不飽和結合を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記不飽和ポリオルガノシロキサンが少なくとも1個のビニル基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- ヒドロシリル化触媒の抑制剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記ヒドロシリル化触媒が白金触媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 補強用充填剤、導電性充填剤、難燃性充填剤、可塑剤、熱安定剤、酸化防止剤、染料及び抗UV剤の群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 添加剤を0.5〜50重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の組成物から作られた部品を少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする、電力付属品。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の液状シリコンエラストマー組成物の製造方法であって、
少なくとも前記ヒドロゲノポリオルガノシロキサンを含む成分と少なくとも前記ヒドロシリル化触媒を含む成分とを互いに混合することによって前記組成物を調製すること、並びに、
前記の成分を互いに混合した後に、前記不飽和有機ポリマー及び前記架橋剤を添加すること
を特徴とする、前記製造方法。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の液状シリコンエラストマー組成物の製造方法であって、
少なくとも前記ヒドロゲノポリオルガノシロキサンを含む成分と少なくとも前記ヒドロシリル化触媒を含む成分とを互いに混合することによって前記組成物を調製すること、並びに、
前記の成分を互いに混合する前に、前記の2つの成分の内の少なくとも1つに前記不飽和有機ポリマー及び前記架橋剤を組み込むこと
を特徴とする、前記製造方法。 - 不飽和有機ポリマーを樹脂100重量部当たり1〜3重量部含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 添加剤を0.5〜20重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 電力ケーブル及び/又は電気通信ケーブル用に用いるための、請求項15に記載の電力付属品。
