Description

Claims (18)
- 物理的対象物をデジタル化するための方法において、
(a)複数のシーケンシャルな光のパターンであって、それぞれ、複数の識別可能な同時に投影される曲線を含んでおり、第1のパターンは、第1の本数の識別可能な曲線を含んでおり、後に続くパターンは、該第1の本数の識別可能な曲線と少なくとも同じ本数の曲線を含んでいる複数のシーケンシャルな光のパターンを、対象物の表面に投影する段階であって、前記複数のシーケンシャルなパターンそれぞれの中の該複数の識別可能な曲線は、矩形ではない領域を画定し、かつ、当該矩形ではない領域に隣接する領域は、相互に重なり合わないようにする、段階と、
(b)該表面から反射した光を捕捉する段階と、
(c)該捕捉した光に従って、該表面の点の座標x、y、zを求める段階と、
(d)前記座標を使って前記物理的対象物を表現する段階と、から成る方法。 - 該複数のシーケンシャルな光のパターンは白色光から成っている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該複数の識別可能な曲線は、それぞれ、経時的には実質的に一定の強度プロフィールで特徴付けられている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該複数の識別可能な曲線は、それぞれ、変調された強度パターンで特徴付けられている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該複数の識別可能な曲線を光学的に生成する段階を更に含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数の静的パターンの照射された線を生成するために、複数のレーザー光点を複数の光学要素を通して光学的に投影する段階を更に含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該複数の識別可能な曲線を生成するため、単一のレーザー源を更に備えている、請求項6に記載の方法。

- 該表面の視覚的表示として該座標を表示する段階を更に含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 歯科用画像化システムにおいて、
(a)複数のシーケンシャルなパターンであって、それぞれ、複数の識別可能な同時に投影される曲線を含んでおり、第1のパターンは第1の本数の識別可能な曲線を含んでおり、後に続くパターンは、第2の本数の識別可能な曲線を含んでいる、複数のシーケンシャルなパターンを歯科品目に向けて投影するための手段であって、パターンの中で、各曲線は、矩形ではない領域に付随しており、当該矩形ではない領域に隣接する複数の領域は相互に重なり合わないようにする、手段と、
(b)該歯科品目の表面から反射した光を捕捉するための手段と、
(c)該表面から反射して捕捉された該光に従って、該表面の特徴に関係付けられたデータ点を求めるための手段と、
(d)該データ点に従って、該歯科品目の該表面の三次元表示を表示するための手段と、
を備えているシステム。 - 歯科用デジタル化システムにおいて、
(a)一連の照射期間のそれぞれにおいて、歯科対象物を、複数の識別可能な同時に投影される曲線を含む光のパターンで照射するように構成されている投影器であって、第1の光のパターンは第1の本数の識別可能な曲線を含んでおり、後に続くパターンは、第2の本数の識別可能な曲線を含むようにして歯科対象物を照射する投影器であって、パターンの中で、各曲線は、矩形ではない領域に付随しており、当該矩形ではない領域に隣接する複数の領域は相互に重なり合わないようにする、投影器と、
(b)各照射期間の間に反射した光に従って画像を捕捉するように構成されているカメラと、
(c)各画像に従って該対象物の表面の特徴に関係付けられた点集合を求め、該捕捉された各画像をコンパイルして該対象物の画像を形成するように構成されている制御器と、
(d)該対象物の画像を表示するためのディスプレイと、を備えているシステム。 - 該投影器は、シングルポイントレーザー源から該複数の識別可能な曲線を光学的に生成するように構成されているレーザー源を備えている、請求項16に記載の歯科用デジタル化システム。
- 該投影器は、該複数の識別可能な曲線を生成するように構成されている複数のレーザー源を備えている、請求項16に記載の歯科用デジタル化システム。
