Claims (16)
- エンジン(6)により発生させる油圧で作動する第一クラッチ(3)及び第二クラッチ(4)を備えており、エンジン(6)に接続される入力側(5)を有するダブルクラッチユニット(2)と、
上記第一クラッチ(3)を介して上記エンジン(6)に接続される第一入力シャフト(8)及び上記第二クラッチ(4)を介して上記エンジン(6)に接続される第二入力シャフト(9)と、
少なくとも一つの出力シャフト(15,26)と、
上記第一及び第二入力シャフト(8,9)を上記出力シャフト(15,26)に接続するための複数の歯車対(16〜18,27〜29)と、
を備え、
上記歯車対(16〜18,27〜29)に対応して配設された変速切り替えクラッチ(19〜21,30〜32)が締結状態のときに、該歯車対(16〜18,27〜29)によって、回転トルクを上記第一及び第二入力シャフト(8,9)のうちのいずれか一方と上記出力シャフト(15,26)との間で伝達可能なダブルクラッチギア装置であって、
上記第一クラッチ(3)及び第二クラッチ(4)とエンジン(6)との間の上記ダブルクラッチユニット(2)の入力側(5)に接続され、且つ、当該ダブルクラッチユニット(2)に対して同軸に配置されるとともに上記ダブルクラッチユニット(2)を少なくとも部分的にラジアル方向外方から囲むように配置された一つの第一駆動ユニット(7)と、
上記入力シャフト(8,9)の一つまたは上記出力シャフトのいずれか一方に接続され、且つ、上記ダブルクラッチユニット(2)の入力側(5)から見て第二クラッチ(4)の後方に配置された一つの第二駆動ユニット(13)とを備え、
上記第一入力シャフト(8)及び第二入力シャフト(9)は互いに同軸に配置されていることを特徴とするダブルクラッチギア装置。 - 上記駆動ユニット(7,13)は、電動機を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記電動機は、モーターまたはジェネレーターとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記第一駆動ユニット(7)および第二駆動ユニット(13)は、バッテリー(14)と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記第二駆動ユニット(13)は、正方向または逆方向に回転トルクを発生可能に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記第一入力シャフト(8)には、前進奇数段用の歯車対を有する第一ギア部(11)が配置されていて、
上記第二入力シャフト(9)には、前進偶数段用の歯車対を有する第二ギア部(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。 - 上記第一駆動ユニット(7)の出力は、15〜35kWであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記第一クラッチ(3)および第二クラッチ(4)が締結状態のときには、これらのクラッチ(3,4)を上記エンジン(6)から切り離して、上記第一駆動ユニット(7)により該エンジン(6)を始動するステップを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のダブルクラッチギア装置を制御するための方法。
- 上記第二駆動ユニット(13)に接続されている第一または第二ギア部(11,12)の歯車対の変速切り替えクラッチをすべて非締結状態にして、
上記第二駆動ユニット(13)に接続されている第一または第二クラッチ(3,4)が非締結状態のときには、これを締結状態にして、対応して配置されたギア部(11,12)をエンジン(6)に接続し、
上記第一駆動ユニット(7)及び第二駆動ユニット(13)によってエンジン(6)を始動するステップを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のダブルクラッチギア装置を制御するための方法。 - 上記第一駆動ユニット(7)によってエンジン空転時にエンジン(6)を安定化させることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 上記クラッチ(3,4)の一つ若しくは両方を締結した状態のエンジン(6)および第二駆動ユニット(13)の少なくとも一方によって、自動車を停止状態から加速させることを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 上記第一駆動ユニット(7)は、停止状態から自動車を加速する際に上記出力シャフトに回転トルクを与えることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 上記第一入力シャフト(8)に対応する基本段から、上記第二入力シャフト(9)に対応する目標段へ切り替える際に、
上記目標段に対応して配置された変速切り替えクラッチの同期回転数まで、第二入力シャフト(8)の回転数を加速または減速して、
上記目標段に対応して配置された変速切り替えクラッチを締結状態にし、
上記第一クラッチ(3)を非締結状態にする一方、上記第二クラッチ(4)を締結状態にするステップを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項8〜12のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 上記同期回転数までの第二入力シャフト(9)の回転数の加速または減速を、上記第二駆動ユニット(13)により行うことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 上記目標段に対応して配置された変速切り替えクラッチを締結状態にした後に、上記第二駆動ユニット(13)が、上記出力シャフトに作用する回転トルクを与えることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 上記第一駆動ユニット(7)は、上記エンジン(6)の回転数と第二入力シャフト(9)の回転数とを同期させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項13〜15のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
