Claims (3)
- 自動車のドライブトレーンを制御するための方法であって、このドライブトレーンは、内燃機関(2)、電動発電機(3)および変速機(4)を含み、それらが、2つの入力部材(6、7)と1つの出力部材(8)とを備えた加算変速機(5、15)と、摩擦クラッチとして構成されたロックアップクラッチ(12)とを介して互いに結合されており、その際、前記第1の入力部材が内燃機関(2)のクランク軸(9)に、前記第2の入力部材が電動発電機(3)のロータ(10)に、前記出力部材(8)が変速機(4)の入力軸(11)にそれぞれ耐トルク性を有して接続されており、またその際、前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)が加算変速機(5、15)の2つの部材の間に配置されており、そこでは、ロックアップクラッチ(12)が開いているときに、内燃機関(2)と変速機(4)の入力軸(11)との間にある回転数差が、前記電動発電機(3)によって、および必要であればさらに前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)を調整して閉じることによって同期される方法において、
前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)を閉じることによって電動発電機(3)の支援が行われる前に、同期動作開始時にロックアップクラッチ(12)が該クラッチの作用点へ運ばれることを特徴とする方法。 - 同期開始時に、前記電動発電機(3)の最大トルク(M_EM_max)と車載電源バッテリの充電状態とが同期を行うに十分であるかどうかが検査され、検査結果が否定である場合のみ、前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)が作用点へ運ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 同期開始時に、前記変速機(4)の入力軸(11)における必要なトルク(M_GE_soll)が算定され、その結果に従って前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)が制御され、その際、
a)必要なトルク(M_GE_soll)がゼロまたはゼロに近いときに、ロックアップクラッチ(12)が完全に開かれたままであること、および、
b)必要なトルク(M_GE_soll)がゼロよりも大きく、電動発電機(3)によってフルに印加できるときに、ロックアップクラッチ(12)が完全に開かれたままであること、および、
c)必要なトルク(M_GE_soll)がゼロよりも大きいが、電動発電機(3)によってフルに印加することができないときに、ロックアップクラッチ(12)が作用点へ運ばれること
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
