Claims (4)
- 振り子頭部(7)と振り子足部(12)を備えている振り子ウェブ(6)を介してアウタロータ(3)と結合されている、駆動軸(4)上に配設されたインナロータ(5)から成る少なくとも1つのロータセットを有し、
ハウジング(1)内に制御スライダ(2)が配設されており、この制御スライダ内にアウタロータ(3)が回転可能に支承されており、このアウタロータ内にインナロータ(5)が偏心して回転するように配設されており、アウタロータ(3)の内周にわたって鍋溝(14)が一様に配分されて形成されており、これら鍋溝内に、振り子ウェブ(6)が、それぞれ、円形に形成されたその振り子頭部(7)をもって旋回可能に支承されており、振り子ウェブ(6)が、その三角形に形成された振り子足部(12)をもって、それぞれ、インナロータ(5)の外周にわたって一様に配分されて形成された振り子ガイド溝(19)内に摺動可能及び揺動可能に挿入されており、
振り子頭部(7)が、振り子足部(12)の中心線に対して、前面に向かって位置をずらして形成されており、振り子足部中心が、三角形に形成された振り子足部(12)の最大幅の部分内で振り子足部(12)の中心線上に位置し、振り子背面の振り子頭部に、振り子頭部円上の所定の点から、振り子頭部円の中心点と振り子足部中心間の接続線に対して所定の内側の角度αで延在する振り子頭部プレート(9)が配設されており、この振り子頭部プレートが、振り子頭部とは反対側のその端部でほぼ直角に振り子背面滑り曲線(11)に移行し、かつ円形の振り子頭部(7)が、他方の面で、振り子頭部溝(8)を介して振り子足部(12)にまで延在する振り子前面滑り曲線(10)に移行するように、振り子ウェブ(6)が非対称に形成されており、
鍋溝(14)の前面には振り子収容ウェブ(15)が配設され、鍋溝(14)の背面には傾斜した振り子ストッパ面(16)が配設されている、振り子式ベーン機械において、
全ての溝前縁(20)の想定結合円直径が全ての溝後縁(21)の結合円直径(27)よりも小さいように、インナロータ(5)の振り子ガイド溝(19)が異なった高さの溝前縁(20)と溝後縁(21)を備えていること、振り子前面滑り曲線(10)が、振り子足部溝(13)を介して振り子足部(12)の領域内で振り子背面滑り曲線(11)と接続されていること、ハウジング(1)及び/又はハウジングキャップに少なくとも1つの吐出ポート(26)が配設されており、この吐出ポートを介して吐出すべき媒体がポンプ室(24)から流出することを特徴とする振り子式ベーン機械。 - 全ての振り子収容ウェブ(15)の想定結合円直径(17)が、全ての振り子ストッパ面(16)の最小結合円直径よりも小さく、隣接する2つの鍋溝(14)の振り子ストッパ面(16)と振り子収容ウェブ(15)間にアウタロータ溝(18)が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振り子式ベーン機械。
- 隣接する2つの振り子ガイド溝(19)の溝後縁(21)と溝前縁(20)間にインナロータ溝(23)が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振り子式ベーン機械。
- 振り子ウェブ(6)の振り子背面の振り子頭部に配設された振り子頭部プレート(9)の内側の角度αが、振り子頭部円の中心点と振り子足部中心間の接続線に対して40°〜55°であり、円形の振り子頭部(7)が、振り子頭部プレート(9)との接続線と振り子前面に配設された振り子頭部溝(8)間で280°〜310°の外側の角度βを成すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振り子式ベーン機械。
