Description
本発明は、センサ・アセンブリに関するものであり、特に、ネットワーク又は計測機器にセンサを結合するためのセンサアダプタ回路収容体及び、これらの温度センサ・アセンブリ及び収容体の製造方法に関するものである。
本セクションの文章は、本発明に関連する背景情報を単に提供するものであり、従来技術を構成するものではない。
Claims (23)
- センサ信号を受信し、受信したセンサ信号に応じてセンサ特性を生成するために構成された回路基板と、
本体と本体の内部表面で定義された空洞とを含み、前記回路基板が前記空洞内に置かれるようにした収容体と、
センサからの前記センサ信号を受信するように構成された入力線と、
単体構造物を有し、該単体構造物の第一の終端を前記入力線の終端に直接結合し、前記入力線の終端と前記単体構造物の第一の終端を前記収容体の一部内に少なくとも部分的に密封し、前記単体構造物の第二の終端を前記空洞内に位置すると共に前記回路基板に直接結合させて、電気回路との第一の電気的接続を構成するようにした入力コネクタと、
外部係合コネクタに接続されるように構成された出力コネクタであって、単体構造物と前記収容体本体の外部に配置した第一の終端とを有し、該出力コネクタの第一の終端を前記外部係合コネクタの係合部に直接結合するように構成し、更に、前記空洞内に位置すると共に前記回路基板と直接結合された第二の終端を有し、該出力コネクタの該第二の終端を前記電気回路との第二の電気的接続を構成するようにした前記出力コネクタと、
を含む、センサアダプタ回路収容体アセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記入力コネクタの単体構造物は、該単体構造物の第一の終端と第二の終端との間に湾曲部を含み、該単体構造物の第一の終端と第二の終端との間で湿分の通路を増やしたことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項2記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記入力コネクタの単体構造物の湾曲部は、第一の終端と第二の終端との間に、1つあるいはそれ以上の数の湾曲部を有する、全体的に平坦な金属棒を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項2記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記入力コネクタの単体構造物の第一の終端と湾曲部および前記入力線の終端は、全体的に前記収容体本体の部分により密封され、該入力コネクタの単一構造物の第二の終端は、該入力コネクタの単一構造物の第一の終端に対して約90度の角度に位置することを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記入力コネクタの単体構造物の第二の終端は、回路基板により限定された穴を通して配置されたことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記入力線は、導体及び絶縁被覆を含み、前記入力コネクタの単体構造物の第一の終端は、入力線の終端の導体に圧縮して結合した圧縮カプラを含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項6記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記入力線は、撚線導体を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記入力線の終端と前記入力コネクタの単体構造物の第一の終端は、全体的に前記収容体の部分内に密封されていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、さらに、前記空洞を閉じ全体的に封止するために寸法を定めて設けた空洞の封止材を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 請求項9記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記空洞の封止材は、覆い、注封材、充填材、密封材、絶縁保護被覆のうち少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項9記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記空洞の封止材は、樹脂、接着剤、シリコン、エポキシ、ウレタンからなるグループから選択された注封材を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記出力コネクタは、該出力コネクタの前記第一の終端と前記第二の終端との間で全体的に直角の曲げを有する、固形ピンであることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項12記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記出力コネクタピンの前記第二の終端は、前記回路基板により限定された穴を通して置かれたことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記電気回路は、前記回路基板の同一面に搭載された複数の電気部品を含み、絶縁保護被覆が、少なくとも電気部品の部分を覆うことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項14記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記絶縁保護被覆は、ウレタン、シリコン、パラキシレンからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記回路基板は、幅と長さを定義する辺を有し、前記収容体本体の対応する内部表面よりも幅と長さが各々小さいものとなるように、前記回路基板は寸法が決められ、該回路基板の辺と前記収容体本体の背部表面との間に、注封材又は密封材が充填されていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記収容体本体は、前記空洞内の予め定められた位置に前記回路基板を固定するために寸法が決められた複数の支持部を、前記空洞内に含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項17記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記複数の支持部は、前記収容体本体の内部表面から予め定められた距離で、前記回路基板を支持する、複数の支持柱を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記入力線は第一の入力線であり、
前記入力コネクタは第一のコネクタであり、
前記アセンブリは、さらに、
前記センサと関連付けられ、前記第一の入力線とともに動作してセンサ信号を受信する第二の入力線と、単体構造物を有する第二のコネクタと、を含み、
該第二のコネクタの単体構造物の第一の終端は、前記第二の入力線の終端に直接結合し、
前記第二のコネクタの単体構造物の第二の終端は、前記空洞内に置かれ、前記回路基板に直接結合し、電気回路への第三の電気的接続をなしていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - センサ信号を受信し、受信したセンサ信号に応じてセンサ特性を生成するように構成された電気回路を有する回路基板と、
収容体本体と、該収容体本体の内部表面で画定された空洞とを有し、前記回路基板が前記空洞内に置かれた収容体と、
第一のセンサからのセンサ信号を受信するように構成された第一の入力線と、
第二のセンサからのセンサ信号を受信するように構成された第二の入力線と、
複数個の入力コネクタであって、該複数個の入力コネクタのそれぞれが、前記第一及び第二の入力線の1つの終端に直接結合された第一の終端と、前記空洞内に納められた第二の終端とを含み、前記第一および第二の入力線の終端と前記入力コネクタの前記第一の終端を前記収容体の一部内に少なくとも部分的に密封すると共に、おのおのの第二の終端を前記回路基板に別々に直接結合して前記電気回路との電気的接続を構成するようにした、前記複数個の入力コネクタと、
外部係合コネクタに接続されるように構成された複数個の出力コネクタであって、該複数個の出力コネクタのおのおのは前記収容体本体の外部に配置した第一の終端を有し、該第一の終端を前記外部係合コネクタの係合部に直接結合するように構成し、更に、前記複数個の出力コネクタのおのおのは前記空洞内に位置すると共に前記回路基板と別々に直接結合して前記電気回路と電気的接続を構成するようにした第二の終端を有する、前記複数個の出力コネクタと、
を備えたことを特徴とするセンサアダプタ回路収容体アセンブリ。 - 請求項20記載のアセンブリにおいて、
各入力コネクタは単一構造物と前記各コネクタの第一及び第二の終端の間に設けられた湾曲部とを有し、該湾曲部は1またはそれ以上の湾曲部を有し、前記各入力コネクタの第二の終端を各コネクタの第一の終端に対して約90度の角度に位置することを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項20記載のアセンブリにおいて、さらに、
前記空洞を全体的に閉じ密封する注封材を含み、該注封材は、樹脂、接着剤、シリコン、エポキシ、ウレタンからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項20記載のアセンブリにおいて、
前記収容体本体は、該収容体本体の内部表面から予め定められた距離で、前記回路基板を支持する複数の支持柱を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。
